This is definitely really cool, and I'd love that shit, but I just dont know that its actually possible in gmod.

So people can shoot other cars or drive-by others while they are in a passenger seat or maybe in the driver seat if they have specific guns(no rifles because that would probably be unrealistic).

Fisherman RP !!! Jokes aside, I like the backstory, Spanish origin is a plus for diversity, obviously playtime and activity checks out. Now, there's a few points in the app that trouble me. Firstly, the video you posted doesn't have any attempt to "Spanish roleplay" by the people involved. Obviously I'm not saying "everyone should speak in a fake Spanish/cholo accent" but doing some research into Spanish vocabulary and trying to implement it into the RP would go a long way, cause if you don't have that the diversity doesn't really go past the Tab menu. Secondly, Does this imply that anyone of any background and ethnicity can take part? A big key to why these organizations would work is that people in them shared values and tradition, they had a "us against the world" mentality, which could be watered down rp-wise if the faction has a "Diversity in employees". I know that I may sound like a hater but I like the idea, that's why I'm putting my two cents in here to maybe help improve on it. As a side note, BRING BACK THE WOODEN LODGE BY THE DOCKS THAT SHIT WOULD BE GREAT FOR THIS FACTION.

PRO - Diverse - Great play time - Big push on better RP - Some good ideas, and you're actively taking a stand against standing around security RP, which is a massive + for me. - Enjoyed the backstory and the real RP images complemented it. CON - Choosing your racket as cocaine, whilst that may be correct in the actual Galician Mob - it's not a guarantee in DV.
