The trading system on an old crime game I played on GRAAL called “Era” as a kid had a system like this. Gun bag sized window for trade- money can also be added to your side of the trade. Both users have to click accept to finalize. This could be balanced with no illegal items being allowed for trade so that police don’t miss out on investigative work.
