I drag Andy’s body into the apartments, switch outfits and head models, and come back out. I take this guy in a green suit with me to chop up Matador's body, and we go through the alley behind the pharmacy so no one will see us. Funny enough, the guy in the green suit had two other friends running around by the car dealer who looked just like him. Anyways, you can see the Genovese guy giving zero comms to his homie by the casino. So, it’s a little odd when his friend comes over with a gun and shoots one of the guys in the green suits for no reason. Keep in mind, he couldn’t have known at that point that someone in a green suit was chopping up the body because he hadn’t even turned the corner yet. Kind of interesting how that guy just automatically knew what was going on without receiving any in-game communication. I'm not saying directly that this means they metagamed, it's just odd how the guy knew to kill a guy in a green suit without knowing one was chopping up the body, interesting. Also when the guy comes back around before even hearing my voice, he somehow recognizes me in a completely different outfit/face. This occurs at about 5 seconds into my clip.

This is what I've been saying, but people don't seem to get it. Yeah I should have Roleplayed the arrest but I saw the chance to like get away from it because instead of tasing me because there are literally 3 of them chasing me he decides to attack me. The thing is I would never and I mean never risk my own character because of a felony if there are multiple officers around me because I know there is like no chance of going against them alone only if they escalate the situation/shoot. I spent a lot of time on my PD Char to know that this should be invalid I never strike someone with a baton that I think has a gun because I know if he shoots me and even if I manage to kill him I can't do anything I called some and they get denied always. If the rules were fixed and it stated that baton is non-violent then this would be valid and I would not appeal this is any way and I wouldn't shoot in the first place I would just continue evading them until they finally catch me so the key word in the rules is "Damage" just what they did to me with the baton and even after it with the gunshots from SMG and Glock before I shot the Probationary Officer. If needed I can provide more clips to staff of people dying after they got striked with baton and shortly after pulling out their weapons and shooting if my streamable didn't delete some because its like 90 days i think.
