Beats me, but i've seen the rules on props, theres nothing prohibiting it. Im sorry that I went off on you in the first iteration of this post, but I legitimately don't get it. As someone simply watching a situation, I have not seen the entire build up, so I cannot make an informed decision on if it was RDM, or if it was justified, until I hear both sides of the story and see evidence from the situation. What do you do?: I would record the situation as evidence, and kick it up the chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Since it is a faction member/friend of mine, I would refrain from taking the ticket. Bias, even unconcious bias, can play a part in any decision people make, so removing myself from any chance of that is the correct choice.

I found a boulder in the street, on a guys car, and you were driving around with a boulder on your car. I told you to stop, told you I gave you a note and said that you would lose pet flags the next time you did that. You then proceeded to do it again immediately.

I just put a boulder on top of my van and drove it around town. Asked monaclu why, told me "because I said so." I genuinely dont think it was a big deal, just drove with a boulder on top of my car. No one died, no one got hurt, I didn't really see a rule on it and its not really prop minge. I think this is just a case of monaclu powertrip/egotrip, not new. Peace and love be with you, stranger.
