Hi I was the staff member who administered this ban - For one, you blatantly powergamed, dropping a brick of marijuana at the door step of a property, and running away - I have the clip that shows you did not immediately pick this up, I will post that should it be necessary once I am home. You also continued this behaviour after the fact, in the ghetto. Secondly, you were RDM'ing when I was spectating your play afterwards, something you claimed was okay as you 'knew the person' you killed - I was lenient and downgraded this to a NITRP, which was exceptionally fair considering your extensive notes for RDM. When it comes to your ban time, I had spoken to a Seasoned Admin about this case, and asked for some advice on the severity of the situation. With his advice, aswell as another member of staff, I decided on 5 days - Due to your extensive notes and your insistence that I 'only ban you for a day' as a favour, it felt like you needed some time to truly consider the consequences of your actions. You have gained an impressive wrap sheet in a very short time - I suggest you spend the remaining 4 days considering what it means to provide valuable roleplay to the server, and reading up on the rules. Good luck on your appeal

Even though this may have not been a target mug (Crazy "coincidence" getting the same guy back to back), you created this character 3 hours before you mugged the victim. Now this doesn't immediately prove that you're a mugging character so I dug a little deeper. I looked into your logs and saw that you did not in fact "find those guns". You ordered them on your main character Anthony and went to the shipment when it arrived, dropped the guns, swapped characters to pick them up on Darnell. This is item transfer and racket abuse. You made no taxi adverts, no meaningful roleplay (no going to jail doesn't count), you didn't even pull out a taxi on this character from what I can see. Expanding further on the "No meaningful roleplay" because you seemed confused to Dutch's reply. By "meaningful roleplay" we mean building up an actual character, something like buying a house and growing weed in the basement. Not just creating a character to run from police or mug/scam people. Seeing as you lied about the guns, it makes me curious as to if you also lied about not target mugging this guy. You have 2 previous bans for fail mug within the past month. You should know the rules regarding mugging by now.
-
Maybe For now you can jam it on the gun or every gun bag will also carry up to 4 attachments alongside a primary weapon.
-
The way I see it the only real downside to this update is logistics. My 1911's muzzle booster shouldn't take up the same space as the gun itself. Can be fixed by simply adding a droppable case that takes up a 3x3 slot in the bank with a 5x5 or larger internal inventory, As long as it saves a decent amount of space it doesn't really matter how big it is. This would also make large attachment sales both more realistic and less tedious.

i mean 5 entire days is a little bit insane keeping in mind powergaming is a "unfair advantage" its 4 thousand bucks for a multi million dollar company i think the mod just felt like power tripping today

nb2x95 76561199802104472 892499216662925343 Power Gaming 5 days First off i would like to sincerely apologize to the imperial workers for dropping that brick of marijuana on their property. Now lets get into why i think i should get unbanned, 1 this is the 1st time i have gotten banned in like 2 or 3 months because i have actually not been dicking around and doing dumb shit. Now did i know what power gaming was? No, Do i still have any clue what power gaming is? No, If i had known what power gaming is and that it was a bannable offense would i have done what i did? No, but however i still dont think i should have been banned because not even 10 seconds after i dropped it infront of imperial i went back and picked it up. Now i know that probably does not justify anything because it is apparently "power gaming" but i feel like if imperial really had a problem they could have called the police and had them handle it because i was not "forcing them to pick it up" according to calink who said that was the definition of power gaming which i was not forcing them to do anything. Thats all i really have to say, if im being honest i dont expect this ban to be reversed but i had alot of people telling me to appeal so i did it anyways. Have a great night/day and thank you for taking your time to read this.

Hello! As the banning admin stated before, you were hiring people to mug with you so that you could have numbers and avoid the consequences of possibly losing your character. Now, you weren't the mugging character, but you were hiring people to mug for you, and that is a big no-go. You have an extensive amount of POs, so you should know what the rules are. Considering your previous bans and notes, a week is very lenient.

Whenever you get jailed or when your character gets jailed the amount of years your character gets imprisoned for should add up to their age idk this might stop minges because then if your character gets like 100+ years old it could be a pk

I think pendred should just do this as a donation thing like how he will change buildings. If someone wants to pay yk 200-300$ then sure i see no reason why not.

Just lower the tax for clothing instead of making a whole system to not rp
-
No real point in differentiating in damage and it's mostly to prevent people from getting into combats with people / police and then instantly running to a stash to hide an item like a cheeky lil rat.

Remove the limit for stashes where if we hit a map prop we "are in a fight" its very annoying.
-
-1 if that’s not already clear
-
Removing the human interaction element of item selling takes trading into MMO slop direction. Can’t get on board unless you’re shipping actual letters and gifts for RP.
-
If other drugs were stealth items that weren’t obvious, like maybe the 2-3 lowest drugs look innocuous, the M looking like Oil would be fine. But M and LSD just for no reason can be stealth dropped openly and pass as oil while everyone else is cooked if they drop their drug openly. Not sure how that’s supposed to balance out.

soft -1 good idea, obv saves time- but the drug system is already gamified enough. if anything we need a way to make it more interactive not less not that clicking 10-20 times is riveting gameplay
-
I would say to change the meth barrels to the blue ones instead. Leave oil how it is. But changing either would be a great idea.
-
Change the model of oil to the blue barrel or something so they look different in our inventory. Easy change

-1 no roleplay

Simply put, there is no reason to legally sell your clothing. There is a considerable tax rate, that people would rather not pay, which has killed off nearly every brick and mortar clothing store. To give a proper reasoning to legally sell these items. I suggest we create a business postal service, to legally transfer items via bank accounts or char ids. You setup a business, sign up for it ( attached to your char name. ). Then you can interact and drop the item into a drop box ( no drug items ), with a prompt for the ID of the bank account or char id, for it to be transferred to, and a spot to enter the value of the item. ( they could lie, but if they get caught, consequences. ) Which will generate the cost, which includes tax on the specific item. So, people can not worry about tedious paperwork. Reasoning is pretty simple. Setup a marketplace for legal businesses. With minimal, to no google doc rp. They browse a catalog. Send money via money transfers, ( Which ICly should be protected from rico. ) Receive said item, or are able to pick up at the 'post office'. Encourages, a mostly passive legal business for whitelist owners and allows a healthy tax rate to take money out of the economy.
