What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I was staff when I was younger, and I did enjoy my time in staff before I got busy towards the end of High School and was sadly removed for inactivity if I remember correctly. My motivation is to come back and help with stuff again for the server. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I'm easier to train, and already have been staff on the server before so I know a majority of the commands and how to do things compared to other candidates. I know what's expect of me. I also since being younger have grown more mature and less of a little shit compared to how I used to be. Do you have any previous staffing experience? I was high and ended up shooting the guy with a revolver back when you could still buy guns directly from the gunstore. Haven't been banned since and I think that was around 2 or so years ago. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Unsure. Ultimately depends on who you ask. Some people like me now that I'm older, but some people didn't like me when I was younger due to how I acted and that's understandable. It's a mixed bag. But I always remained unbiased, or tried to as staff. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: It's unconventional but, I remember when Vagabond crashed out in PD yelling at cops while in invisible mode. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: Ultimately, I personally wouldn't be too bothered. But I would ask if anyones available in staff chat using the @ command. If someone says yes, I'll provide the clip and leave it up to them as I did in the past and try to avoid handling it myself unless absolutely necessary. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Well, the right thing would be to clip it and report it to a higher member of staff and or the Head Staff. From there, I'll let them handle it but if there's a ticket made I'd handle it like any other ticket. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Well, I'd pull the accusatory party first and ask for video evidence of the accusations. If it's true, I'll pull the offending party and levy the adequate punishment outlined by staff guidelines. If it's found to be untrue, I'd inform the accusatory party and return them. Ultimately, I'd try to avoid bias and the best way to do so is evidence. As evidence cannot really overrule much. ---------------------------------------------------------

What if you just make the time to open the stash more if you've recently taken damage? It would definitely be better than getting the annoying "you've recently been in a fight" message. Or better yet, if hiding from cops is the main issue, make a system where if a cop is in the vicinity of a player using a stash they can also access said players stash. I understand that might be a complicated system to implement but RP wise it makes alot of sense and it makes people think before trying to stash an item cause said stash could have more incriminating items in it. Give the opportunity for people to escape, and the opportunity for police to investigate

it wasnt maliciously it was ICly since i asked why i couldn't do it u could've explained it to me in a sit but u didnt also the song was time accurate since i made it with a 90s beat/flow its also going to be added on cassette lmao I never failed RP because if u look at the clip u will see i didn't know that was against the rules also i stopped and let them arrest me afterwards u went OTT on the ban its okay u could've done ur job better.

Hi, I am the administrator who issued your ban. The very first thing I saw when I got on my staff character (while in no-clip) was an individual with the character name, "Supreme Top Shotta". After getting closer, I heard you blasting music to the tune of "I am the Supreme Top Shotta" (or something along those lines). As this was clearly a violation of the rules as you are not allowed to spam audio in your microphone or use soundboards in addition to your name violating the rules, I gagged you for 15 minutes (5 PO's for Mic Spam) and prompted you with a name change (which you did not comply with). After issuing the gag, not even 5 minutes later, a ticket was made for FailRP. After receiving the clip from the individual who made the ticket, you clearly used the /fallover command while being placed into handcuffs with no feature of /me which led me to the conclusion that you had done it maliciously as if you truly had been attempting to roleplay the situation and use the command to "fall over ICly", you would have at the VERY least provided a /me saying something along those lines. Considering both the numerous previous offences of the same type, your character name being "Supreme Top Shotta", the failure to comply with a name change prompt and your general lack of roleplay, I issued a ban for No Intent to Roleplay (NITRP) for 1 week.
