What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was killed because I took OOC clips one of our associates acting up regarding a another member of a friendly faction's member. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip to Todaro relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of their members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

He literally said that we were the ones who brought Knowledge up, that he was the one who supported him becoming Don, and that it made no sense for Knowledge to give everything to Tupac instead of the family I didn't PK Tupac for OOC reasons. Even in the clip Tupac posted himself, you can see they were trying to remove me together with Trick Trick. My character found out about it, and I acted before they could Tupac and the Don tried to remove me, and the argument that led to all of this started because of the $10 million you gave him. Before issuing the PK, I explained the reasons, gave the full context, and provided the necessary evidence. So this isn't an OOC issue, and it isn't really about your money. Tupac and the Don tried to remove me, and the argument that led to all of this started because of the $10 million you gave him. They just failed.

Hello Andy, I am writing this on behalf of myself and Tupac is posting it for me. What happened between me and Knowledge is none of your concern. In any situation you have 0 in character proof that any of these events ever occurred. The logs will show that Knowledge transferred most of his belongings over to me. For those who don't know Knowledge was one of the hardest working members of Supreme Team. He grinded hours each day, selling suits, guns, and bricks. He left the faction with three times the amount of money he inherited, and left multiple bank accounts full of guns ranging from all classes. There was no bad blood between Knowledge and the new don Trick, with any situation regarding Knowledges actions. If anything it was the opposite. Both Knowledge and Trick will attest to that they had a very close relationship throughout the history of the faction, and they still do to this date. You as an Underboss have no right to determine or act on behalf of the don in this situation. You are acting on your own behalf, neither the consig Danny or the don Trick ever supported any of these ideas, or actions. Lets go to the facts of the case, why is jacob_80._94407, and saulshitman4 two members of Bruno Scarfo high command present at these PKs. Why is jacob on a minge character with the sole purpose to help you carry out actions like these. He doesn't pay kickups, he doesn't contribute to the faction, he probably has less than 3 hours on the character. Why are you trusting him with killing a ranked member of leadership? There is no roleplay there WHATSOEVER. There is 0 recorded events of this character ever being used for any roleplay purposes. The ONLY reason why you choose him to carry it out because he was your friend out of character. My next question, why is saulshitman4 on his Bruno Scarfo high command character "The Wop" recording this pk? Why is he following jacob_80._94407 for THIRTY seconds across union square to the ATM. This is clearly a metagamed PK, with no merit. There is 0 roleplay here, this was all done out of character. They were associated with this PK because you are a former member of Bruno Scarfo. You were upset that I was getting the attention, and I was getting the recognition over yourself. You are power hungry, and self serving. You saw competition for your place and you acted. You are using this as a ploy to defend your position. You were jealous of me, and resentful. You are a disgrace to this faction, and to the human race. You are the definition of a failure.

I don't know you have a sped or some but the reason I PK'd you was never because you didn't give me a loan. ICly, you went against my orders, worked behind my back, got between me and the Don and tried to have me PK'd. That created conflict within the HC and as your superior, I had every right to issue your PK. There's no point in spending two hours arguing about OOC topics here just let UA handle it bro

I honestly have no idea why you're sending these screenshots. All they're doing is proving that I asked you to share the money and that you didn't care about your own boss's orders. Just sit back and wait for the UA's response "i have under 100k in my wallet so how do you expect me to help you with a loan while i only have clothes thats been given by a person who retired" Also don't lie in your PK appeal. They can check the logs and they'll find out You took the $10 million that belonged to the faction, created conflict between the Don and me and played a major part in getting me PK'd. ICly you're expected to follow your superior's orders. If you choose to go against your Underboss, refuse to share the money, then go behind his back to the Don and try to have him killed, this is the outcome. I don't think there's really anything complicated to understand here

I never had $10 million on me and i never claimed i did ? Also, I don't care what you and the Don talked about. The reason I PK'd you was because the Don kept ignoring the issue and accepted you taking the faction's money i didn't accept that decision and i used my authority to issue your death order. That's something that can happen in the mafia world. You accepted that risk the moment you went against my orders tried to work behind my back and drove a wedge between me and the Don, stop acting like you were AFK or that you didn't do anything wrong ICly, I'm your superior and you went against my direct orders, ignored my decisions and tried to work behind my back. You also caused conflict within the HC. Any one of those reasons is enough to PK a Made Man, and you're not just a Made Man you're the Head Streetboss Like I said if the UA wants any further explanation or evidence I'll gladly provide it to them

Hello I'm the HC member who issued the death order for you Both you and Tupac know exactly why you were PK'd but I'll explain it anyway. The two of you worked together and somehow convinced Knowledge to give you money that belonged to the faction so you could push the rest of us aside. The Don chose to defend both of you instead of addressing the situation which caused a major conflict within the family. Hello Im the HC member who issued the death order for you. At the time, the Supreme faction bank contained a total of $17,000,000 Before retiring Knowledge withdrew $10,000,000 from the faction bank for himself and handed leadership over to Trick Trick. Before leaving the family he promoted both you and me to Streetboss. As soon as you received your promotion you went on an LOA that lasted for around two weeks Coincidentally the moment you returned back from LOA Knowledge came into the city gave you all of his custom clothing along with the $10,000,000 he had taken from the faction then left the Supreme whitelist. After giving you everything he owned he disappeared left the Discord and removed all of us from his friends list When i asked you about it you lied to me and claimed he had only given you $5,000,000 We asked you to share that money with the family. I personally even asked you for a $1,000,000 loan but you chose to keep everything for yourself instead of supporting us Because the Don kept insisting on protecting you it created conflict within the HC. As a result of that conflict the Don wanted me killed We repeatedly told you that the money and the items should be shared with the family and your response was "If the faction ever needs money in the future, you can always come to me" After that i found out you had lied to me and that the real amount was $10,000,000 not $5,000,000 You and the Don worked together in an attempt to remove me from my position. In response i made my own move for IC reasons and after providing the necessary evidence to the appropriate authorities i had your character placed on PK Active Long story short, Knowledge secretly handed you money that belonged to our family, you refused to help the family with it, and your actions caused serious conflict within the HC, eventually turning the Don and me against each other. ICly i have absolutely no reason to trust someone like that. You are a Streetboss and a HC member you don't get to go against your Underboss keep the family's money for yourself and expect there to be no consequences. If you choose to do that then you also have to accept the consequences that come with it Like I said i already provided all the necessary evidence to the appropriate people when I had you placed on PK Active.
