Your story isn't matching up anymore. Before Luca died there was 2 or 3 meetings I had privately. All of them were discussing either Luca, Ralphie or old timers that would be coming back. There was not a single time I disrespected high command nor plotted to coup. And to touch on your story not matching up, you said that I disrespected you and The Machine during the sitdown. Luca Vintaloro died not too long after that. If these are old orders but you state that I disrespected you both during the sit, why is the disrespect added into the pk orders? Your reasonings don't align up, you have no proof of anything I was pk'd for, nor did grizzly investigate before taking the ticket.

So tell me. 1. How did I disrespect you or Machine in the sitdown? I said multiple times that I wanted the sitdown to stay respectful after Mental and Bullets disturbed the sitdown. I de-escalated or at least tried to de-escalate any situation that happened. There was absolutely nothing I said in the sitdown that could have been determined as disrespect. 2. I said I didn't want you to become Don and that's why I voted The Machine rather than you. I had multiple meetings discussing; if Lefty were to get Don, if he would put you as Consig or Underboss. We all wanted to keep you in HC and there was no discussion of couping you nor removing you from high command. Tommy Diamond told me, and I quote, "Whitey said he's alright with Lefty becoming boss". It's extremely obvious that this was retaliation for Luca Quacks, since (I believe) he thinks that I was the reasoning Luca Vintaloro died.

I dont think I've made a single call for the faction, I've been on the server a handful of times sincee my Arturo character has died, I've taken a step back from command and you've some how conjured a thought that I'm still making calls. This isn't true either, Upir was approached by somebody ingame and was told your plan, the person who informed him was in the know of your plans IC. I was "speaking at the commission meeting" BECAUSE Gozmouz crashed and I was literally repeating everything he told me to say, I have no opinion on the Streetboss comment as if he wanted to he could've spoke up to gozmouz at the time and told him he could've been the spokes person.

Did you even investigate into that? Did they have any proof of my plotting a coup or disrespecting them? I highly doubt it considering I've done neither of those things. I had talks with other made guys. I explicitly said "No bloodshed, No couping and we don't need/want anymore deaths" I don't wanna blame staff in this situation, but grizzly, knowing our history I know you don't like me and you know I don't like you. So I doubt you actually wanted to investigate thoroughly into this "plotting of a coup"

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: First of all, never was I plotting a coup. I supported the current Don after we had a meeting to vote for a new Don. There was discussion about what to do and who we wanted as boss after Arty died. After we made The Machine (gozmouz) boss, we talked about how we're concerned about old timers coming back to kill us. We had a big made man sitdown discussing Luca Quacks (who reinstated himself as a captain and was calling all of these shots for the faction and spoke for the faction in commission meetings when the streetboss was there). Everything was respectful and everything. Until Luca Vintaloro pulled out a gun and threatened everyone in the room (which led him to his demise). However, there was no coup being discussed nor was there any disrespect from me to high command. I doubt they can provide any proof of this and I personally believe this was an OOC/Metagamed PK since Whitey/Upir (the UB of Bonannos) is tight with bullets. I had no involvement with couping discussions, I've never disrespected high command, the pk was most likely revenge from bullets which was metagamed. I think this should seriously be looked into / investigated. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Unsure what your talking about, you've been in my wl for far longer then a week. We've only had 2 or 3 character interactions on your Luca Quacks Character, one of those being pulling a gun on a Caporegime within the Bonanno Family and arguing with them, before going back and saying you we're going to kill a bunch of people with your thompson due to being kicked out of a resturant, which I applaud that you didn't. It's a RP Video Game man, I have no ill intentions against you oocly. I'm a boss of a family icly, how am I going to respond when I have more then one made man within the Bonanno Family telling me you are causing all of these problems. To note, all sitdowns internally between made men are LCN sanctioned sitdowns. It is reminded that LCN controls everything and that includes all made men that swore the oath to not only their respective family, but also Cosa Nostra. Lastly, alot of the guys who were in the sitdown in question were newer buttoned guys and had only briefly met your character, so icly they would be terrified as in a short span of time; the boss of the bonanno family was killed while plotting against the underboss of another family, two senior memebrs were killed in a hit, the head of the bonanno family's hitsquad was killed, and a new boss had taken power amongst ashes. so when an old timer returns from quite awhile gone and pulls a gun during any sitdown, it shows that not only does he want power but is willing to kill for it.
