What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The reasons why I'm applying is because a lot of people minge late at night or early in the morning due to most staff members sleeping around that time. I normally play till really late at night/ early in the morning compared to most est players due to being 2 hours behind so when its 4 am for me I would still be on when its 6am for est, I also sometimes get home really late into the night from work and up for a decent bit and would hop on during minge hours. I been playing diverge since 2022 and I would like to help out the server in any way I can and make people feel welcome on the server and have a fun time with less minges just trolling around or rdming people because they got nothing better to do. I want to keep up RP in the sever and when the server is high pop I would also be on during that time and would help take tickets when other stuff would normally be busy taking another ticket like admins doing a pk ticket and someone has been waiting for an rdm ticket for 15 minutes. Most of my reasoning didn't change from my last appeal because I still want to apply for that reason after giving it some time since my denial I feel like I would be a better staff member now than back then.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I was staff on gmod for a Jailbreak and TTT server so I have some experience in dealing with gmod players including the ones that come onto a server to troll and rdm (like bub games). I been playing since 2022 I have had experience on the server and RPing. I feel like I could manage a sit well because I have experience in dealing with customer support IRL and people like teenagers coming and being disrespectful, or straight up annoying as a manager you kind of just get used to it so when dealing with a minge I would be acting like it's a normal person and I wouldn't lose my cool in a sit.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Jail break for 2 months before the server shut down. TTT for 3 months before the server shut down. it was before covid so I don't remember much.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yeah a ton I used to be a minge way back in the day But I matured since then and take the server as serious to the best I'm about to.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I'm well known in the community, I been apart of a ton of factions rising in the ranks of them. I was Don Lispy for 2 months. And I been apart of 2 different alliances. Some people may not like me but a decent amount does.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I have a ton of moments that are my favorite like GM events with faction members and friends. A fun moment for me was being don of a faction for a little bit even with 2 coups going at the end of the day it's apart the RP. Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would swap to my staff char and then take the ticket. If for any reason I can't because I'm in a middle of a RP Scenario I would ask if any other staff member could take the ticket for me. I would try to take any ticket I can and help them with the best I can.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather clips of the staff member abusing his powers and send it to a higher up staff member or make a staff report on him. I would also talk to them before to see if they know if what they were doin was abusing and wrong and try to help them out for the future but if it keeps going on I would report it when fit.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket unless theres no other staff and DM a higher up or another staff member to be a third person in the ticket and ask for their opinions after sending them both clips. Before I dish out any punishment I would consult with both parties involve and a third party staff member through DMs before concluding anything in the sit while trying to remain unbias as possible and if needed beg another staff member to take it if I'm being bias.
