Yes, when bumping into a wall just before the stash even if you take 1hp damage it triggers a lengthy cooldown to use the stash. If you can still hop characters, use ATMs, car trunks, etc I think you should be able to use stashes as well without car damage being a cooldown

I like the idea. Reminds me of the Greeks in The Wire. Good luck! -

Name of Faction: Velentzas Crime Family Number of Members (Minimum of 5): 5, we will have more in the futurte. Others are interested in becoming part of this potential new faction Type Of Faction (Family, Triad, Street Gang, etc): Family Ethnic Background (ex: Italian, Greek, African American, Irish, etc): Greek Name of Character running the faction: Apollo "Xenos" Velentzas Your Discord # (ex: gamer#4210): tessticklecrushr#2734 Your SteamID: 76561199389061309 Your Server playtime: 1 month, 4 days, 11 hours, and 7 minutes Do you acknowledge and agree to all faction rules as detailed on the server rules page? (Yes/No): Yes Do you acknowledge that your faction discord will be owned by us? (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction will bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): I feel like an example of what will make this faction unique, is the fact that it is ethnically mediterranian just like all of the italian factions, but different. Different cultural aesthetic, paired with a different moral compass via culture, will contrast/pair well in it's own way. We aim to still be mafia geared, but we want to look differently, act differently, and carry ourselves differently. Greek culture prides itself on being very open and friendly, and we want to carry that into RP as well. Our motives are purely business oriented, with plenty of room for giggles and laughs hopefully to be shared with everyone and my friends. We just don't want to involve ourselves with the whole red vs blue direction the city currently seems to be going in. We just want to grind, make money, and make more friends along the way, while still having some thrill of being in a faction, no loyalties to anyone starting out. I'm not saying we eventually won't be allied to anyone, because eventually we'll be needing alliances, but we want to see how we can build bridges to everyone through RP (I already have some of those) and just overall see where this goes. It'll be refreshing for many people who want a break from being in other factions, (I know a few of those) and it'll be a breath of fresh air for those people, and myself included. I anticipate people wanting to get in a new faction simply because there is room for growth immediately, and they also would want to contribute to it's wellbeing, as I have made friendships with a multitude of people ic, and ooc, from almost every faction. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): I can think of a few things, such as a makeshift olympics like ancient greeks used to hold. We will encourage everyone to attend in city. Which will entail boxing, wrestling, atlas stone carries, and maybe powerlifitng meets via makeshift gym dupe. These are all ideas we've had. I wanted to see if this faction application will get accepted first before we commit time to making the dupes and whatnot. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Velentzas Crime Family, having originated in Greece and operated out of Greece since the early 50's and 60's, sought to create a sister sect of their business in the United States in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They wanted to do this, to follow their mediterrianian counter parts such as the sicilians, and italians did, as the Greeks also had a significant hand in their successes in their respective old countries. They heard of their successes in the new country and it sparked a new wave of ideas for the Velentzas Crime Family. With increased attention from greek law enforcement, and greek government agencies alike, they sought a new beginning and possibly a permenant solution to their problems back in the old country. Before they made this very risky move, the Greek Don's and other executives of the greek crime families, came to the unanimous descision to send someone they knew could be trusted with the task of creating a landing pad in preparation for the migration of their criminal enterprises, and being closer to their allies, who had money, power, and easy business. That someone happened to be a respected and trusted cousin of the Velentzas Don, Apollo. His role in the family before this consideration, was merely organizing crews and being a friendly face/peacekeeper with the other organized crime families located back in the old country. His ability to read people, his perception, his bravery, and his diplomatic approaches to hairy situations, has proven to others that if there is anyone fit to get a feel for the massive hostile and bustling city of New York, it was him. He accepted this challenge as he understood that it meant the future for his way of life, and his families way of life with no hesitation. Organizing a crew, he slowly sent people to the United States to start getting settled in, as well as to get a feel for what the crime environment was like compared to back home. As from here on out, it was up to him to provide a safe haven for those he cared about and understood back home.

Misunderstandings do happen, and I guess this was a perfect example of one. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

There was a misunderstanding we did not know that he was removed from the faction due to an unwhitelist ticket. That does change things, overall the situation in our eyes was he asked to retire, which we interpreted as retire and stay in faction which I stated above we never gave him permission to leave, we then see him on civilian whitelist and thought that he had just clicked F1 Leave Faction which was a risk in our eyes and we do not allow people to leave after they are involved criminally. This is a mistake on our part in terms of the person just unwhitelisting someone like that without letting us know and we are very sorry for the confusion and hassle this has caused. We will take into account the wording of orders and reasonings to make sure there are no confusions in the future and this does not happen again.

Sorry but I am still not understanding the logic here. Especially since you were ok with him leaving then seemingly changed your mind. If drug handling was the issue where was the instance or proof of him being 'caught with narcotics' ? He joined the Cassanos on 5/15 and then paid kickups of 25k on 5/18. Then on 5/20 he indicated he wanted to leave which was permitted. On 5/23 a ticket was made by a Cassano to have him un-whitelisted. Then on 5/31 dons orders were issued for him when: 1. He did not physically leave the faction on his own accord (unwl ticket was made) 2. Was up to date on kick ups (25k for 5 days on WL) 3. Was not actively snitching or working against the faction. Why the sudden change 8 days later?

u got hurt for more when you crashed at the stash
-
Wait you may have cooked with this one

TBH faction command should just do missions for their people and set up events more often. Not everything needs UA intervention or development. Still the same on that +1 but still

Thr damage timer is the same across all things l, unequipped stuff, ATM etc makes sense to include stashes too
-
Currently stashes have quite a long timer delaying users from entering them after combat. Unfortunately, this includes damage taken in a car crash, an event that usually wouldn't even prevent a user from switching chars. If this is intended/can't be fixed, whatever, but it's really annoying and would be great if it didn't happen anymore.

Skill issue just remember

I don’t believe this is a feature or else I’m just mentally cracked. I would love the ability to store my coordinates into the Navigator with a custom name and store it in memory as a Database of sorts. Obviously, this would be helpful for new stash spots as well as favored locations. Maybe you want to put the updated name of a generic building name instead of the default name. The database would let you change the location names already in the Nav. Just something that came to mind and I haven’t put a ton of thought but I did put some. Hope you all see the vision here.

How can I owe dues to a faction I'm not a member of? I didn't remove myself. "Alright, not gonna kill you. Just keep your char in case you want to use it in the future." That is clear permission. Again, I was a Civilian who had permission to leave and was directly told they were not going to kill me. I was forced into the Civilian faction. I left the Discord after I got the OK to leave and the Discord plus in game roles were taken from me. Genuinely if you guys wanted to kill me I was OK with it if you were upfront with me. I was going to give you the money, the H, everything I had earned if that's what you wanted. But it's been over 2 weeks since you turned down the offer and somehow removed me from the faction. Clearly it didn't matter to you until afterwards and you noticed I was doing something with the character.
