Looking at the first interaction that was attached, it feels like there is prior context that is not included. Regardless of if that is the case, it seems like you were repeatedly trying to be a nuisance and return to the property knowing what the outcome would be each time. You also immediately fall into OOC terms and claims during the interaction, breaking any chance of actual RP. You were not providing any meaningful roleplay and claim you intended on returning to shoot up the place as a result of the players trespassing you from their property, which they are within their right to do, especially when you are acting as you were. Reviewing the clip and getting some opinions from other staff members, I don't really see this as RDM or Fail Escalation. Your factions are having minor issues with one another, and are actively handling/participating in them through sit-downs and whatnot. Both sides have been causing ruckus at each others businesses, and arguing/being a nuisance. In this instance, after a verbal confrontation a punch is thrown, which leads one of the Russian guys to spray at least one guy down. Pulling a gun in retaliation seems pretty valid to me. Both factions are going tit for tat on minor fail escalations like graffiti and subtle RDM bait. This doesn't even address the metagame clip attached in this appeal. Overall, there are multiple small infractions happening on both sides of the fence here, but I believe this scenario would not constitute RDM, nor Fail Escalation, especially with the full scope of context considered. Hi Considering the prior note only 4 days before the ban, for the exact same thing, I think it's fair to say you knew this was not acceptable behavior and as ex-staff you knew a second note so soon would result in a PET blacklist. You only have 1 prior prop related note (unless the carbombing one is also prop related, which would just further confirm the blacklist's validity) but there is also a clear uptick in notes in general within the last 4 weeks, which I think is also worth mention. Hello, the clip of this PK is pretty clear. Two men came to your parked car and gave repeated orders saying “hop out the car hop out the car” while having guns drawn and pointed at the vehicle, until you sped away. The orders and the fear rp were clear. I do not see how you could view otherwise, maybe you just didn’t catch it being caught up in the moment. Regardless I see nothing wrong with how the muggers placed you under fear rp and the orders they gave you.

Hello, it’s blatantly obvious that you initiated a violent encounter with the cop, something you are not disagreeing with yourself. What really matters for this appeal is the length of time between the initial incident and when you were killed. In my opinion, the length of time between the initial incident and the shooting is perfectly reasonable. Additionally, you very well could have been running into that back room to get a better angle to kill the officer. I strongly feel as if that any officer would have shot in that situation, nor do I think the officer waited too long to do so. I do not believe this takes anything away from the validity of this PK.
