Hello, I'd like to point out a detail that nobody seems to have noticed. This PK should not be considered a valid PK. In the clips provided by both sides, I noticed something. While they were mugging him, Matador's friend can be heard saying, "Put your hands up F7" This can be clearly heard around the 10 second mark of the clip provided by the player who submitted the PK appeal. Additionally, as clearly stated in the Mugging Rules, Rule 10. specifically states that telling or indicating to a player to press F7 to raise their hands significantly disrupts RP standards. As a result, the mug is considered invalid and cannot be used as the basis for a PK. As clearly shown in the clip, while holding a player at gunpoint and applying FearRP because they refused to put their hands up, you tell them to press F7. At that point, you might as well tell them not to touch their mouse or keyboard during your next mug when I tried to point out to the genius admin handling the PK Bullets, that there was a clear rule violation here, the response i got was "People say F7 all the time" That is very unlikely to be true. I have watched many valid mugging and PK clips, and I have never heard a mugger say “F7” in any of them. In the end of this PK appeal, we will find out something important, do the rules written on the forum actually get enforced or do things depend on an admin’s personal decision about whether it should count as a PK or not?

To try and stop it, I tried prop blocking him while in the junkyard for the admin to get there and help. When they arrived, They believed I was the one minging, and since I had prior notes (invention of the car bomb (that was only used once and then told I wasn't allowed to make anymore) + road spikes that may had launched a car into the sky at mach 10). Why should it be returned?: With the gadgets and stuff I have made and will make with experimenting, I feel like I can come back to the server with a better, more whimsical set of ideas instead of inventions that result in the murder of other players. As well, for the future, I will try to not ‘vigilante’ my usage of props and tools in order to stop other people from breaking the rules. Hello, I was the staff member that approved the PK. After reading your appeal and in the sit you claimed that you had your toolgun out so you couldn't react, but from the clip you had provided showed you weren't even in the Q menu when they initiated fearRP and you can press F7 with any swep in your hand so it doesn't really make sense why you bring that up as defense. But he gave you around 10 seconds to comply with his orders and you decided to take your time and eventually got shot for being slow. The response Trumader provided seems highly probable in my opinion because I have personally mugged somebody in that area due to the lack of foot traffic and it just makes sense the more dead areas become more dangerous. I can't personally speak on the target mugging claims because I haven't personally seen or heard anything about that. If UA seems this was targeted for no reason then there is a possibility of this being reverted but from how I see the situation it looks completely valid.

Hi, commenting on this because I was involved in the alleged "cop baiting" incident. Not once did the cops attempt to arrest us as we were NOT the people driving the car. Let alone there was so many people involved in that where there's no way in shape or form that could be considered cop baiting. Being in a car that drives like shit and crashes a couple times does NOT equal cop baiting. Not once were we pursued, told to put our hands up, or anyway put under arrest by the cops. Also he was taxed for this, he paid the tax almost immediately and did not do anything since then. We also got pulled over once (i like my Vespa a little too much) but clearly I was driving and I was let off with a warning. This is what I remember, if there's clips or somthing showing us otherwise id love to see them!

Day map should come back . Less bug spots to get stuck on over all looked good. Plus maybe bring back the day and night cycle so 5am it's day map after restart and 5pm it's night after restart. That's all
