I was banned I believe a year ago for MRDM As I was PK'ed and got annoyed to I went on a MRDM Spree and once banned I tried attempting to join on a alt. I knew at the time it was against the rules but I still went to do it and then was instantly banned. I have been wanting to join Diverge again for a few months as It is a one of a kind server and I enjoyed the roleplay I done on it when I was playing and if given the opportunity to come back onto the server I wouldn't waste it. Hello, I'm not entirely sure where your confusion comes from, but in the clip provided you quite clearly draw your weapon and try to run behind cover after being ordered to cease movement and turn around. There is many nuances to cop PK's but this is not a nuanced situation. You attempted to fight, and he was quicker to the draw.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Yea maybe i was a minge to allied factions and used the racket without permission and was being an idiot and snitched and went out in the street shouting "I WILL BE THE DON OF THE MAFIA ONE DAY" and mass-mugged but i they metagame'd to find that out cause I did it very sneakily.
