-1’ing this is actually so annoying because y’all already allow relationship RP everywhere in the server You can own strip clubs, do mafia marriages, cheating arcs, romance storylines, and all kinds of suggestive RP, but suddenly if two consenting people take it slightly further in private it’s treated like the end of the world. Nobody is saying turn global chat into some degenerate cesspool. The suggestion literally said: keep it private both people consent no harassing random players no public ERP spam staff can intervene if it becomes disruptive That’s completely reasonable. And the “too many minors” argument doesn’t even make sense when the server already allows tons of mature themes. Violence, drugs, organized crime, torture RP, strip clubs, etc. are apparently fine for immersion, but flirting too hard in private DMs is where the line gets drawn? Also people seriously need to stop acting like every romantic interaction is ERP. Half the examples being discussed are normal relationship RP that already happens naturally: “/me pulls Isabella closer and kisses her while music plays from the club speakers” That is not some insane explicit scene. Realistic mafia RP includes relationships, affairs, drama, and intimacy sometimes. Banning anything remotely ERP-related entirely just feels inconsistent with the rest of the server.

I really really agree with this. I think it will bring lots of new roleplay into the community but we need some safety put in place. As a woman I think this would also help increase some of my potential profits in the server. Also if we need any testing or anything I could be considered for testing. P.s: thanks for the examples! Hey I'm not related to this ban, However I do believe I have a small say regarding this situation since something similar happened to me I am a current felon on my colombo character, I was wearing a mask (Probable cause to be ID, Also a felony if you're a felon.) while trying to help my friend and was damaged locked and couldn't remove my mask- so I was arrested because I was a felon and had an illegal gun similar to you. TLDR: He has probable cause to ID- and then arrest you for public masking and then the gun on your back since you're a felon. Regardless of him having your f3. What you should've done is just blasted him with your shotgun and ran away since you reasonably knew he was going to arrest you (Multiple felonies regarding the gun, masking etc.) instead of leaving the server mid arrest which is LTARP. f3 fishing, to my knowledge isn't against rules. Just be careful when you accept the mutuals, or only give eachother your f3 via directly looking at them
