However, after five years of being banned and going through a lot, perhaps even worse events since the ban. Not wholly related to the server at all, but I am well aware of the primary reason why I have been exiled. It was for the sake of my mental health, according to the staff team as a whole, which, after some time of reflection, I realized was the right option for me at the time, considering that I had decided to come back too early from my first exile for the same reasons. To not be vague about the details of the "mental health" reasons are that I had a previous history of suicide threats on various occasions, of which I have never been proud at all, especially for the terrorist kidnapping of the governor event 6 years back, which is still inexcusable and unacceptable. I take full accountability for that event and all future suicide RP or legit distress of being targeted or being affected by other factors within my life at the time. The acts and threats caused extreme worry amongst the staff members and especially a lot of even regular players, minges, and all other kinds of players, to have an uncomfortable environment caused by my behaviour. I should have done better and never reacted to any of the annoying instances the way I had reacted. I apologize for causing the unnecessary stress that had been applied onto the staff and people at the time. I also admit to obvious instances of attempts to ban evasion on diverge networks discord servers. Which, for the legitimate reasons of out of just desperate thinking that I could or don't have the right to, appeal based on the previous instances of making ban appeals resulted in instant denials. At the time, I understood that, based on mental health reasons and also that I had mistakenly caused a rumor to be spread about a user named boomroasted. I was told by an individual, whom I can best remember being named MonkeyTF2, with a Kora avatar profile pic, claiming that boom was grooming people for ranks in a faction, and I tried to investigate this via DMing various people, but my dumbass was not doing things carefully that resulted in a rumor being spread. He had, of course, expressed extreme anger towards me, and over the time of trying to let things cool off, I managed to reach back out to boomroasted for me to apologize and take accountability for what kind of damage I caused to his reputation. After some talking, we worked things out, and we are on neutral terms now. You could ask him to verify this. I also apologize for any of the bad-mouthing and random claims that I had made about Diverge over the 5 years of being banned. I was thinking too much about what I claimed about donor bribes, money laundering, and this and that. There is too much to count of what I had said and claimed about Diverge, again, which was out of petty spite to process the situations, but in a very wrong way. Why should you be unbanned? Throughout the time that I had been banned, I decided to focus on more of the betterment of my mental health and my life as a whole. I stopped streaming and using YouTube for 4 years in 2022 to focus on college. I have a degree in criminal justice, class of 2026. I have the folder holder thingy for the diploma, but the fucking campus has yet to mail the paper. I also work as a package handler now part-time to not just get more job experience, but the physical exercise from it really helps. I, of course, still smoke marijuana, but it has never been bad since the 6 years of smoking pot, and I moderate between that and alcohol. Hanging out with my best friends like Matt has also really helped me out with my mental health healing. I want to be unbanned to prove that, despite all the other negatives I had mentioned on my streams, such as being doxxed/threatened by a troll group and having family pets die of old age and BS diseases, I still held onto my progress of mental health healing and everything that I had been through of which should have broken me as the same I had before on diverge, however, that never really happened again since after I turned 21 and now im 23. I love this server even to this day for the everyday patrol as an NYPD officer, actually contributing to the roleplay that makes the server fun. I love the whole system that is in place, like the courts, government, NYPD, criminal, business. etc and even the past ones like player-run federal agencies, for example. Despite what many people have told me about Diverge and all that and "not coming back", I want to come back to make up for the stress and damage I caused, to help bring back the essence of what not just the NYPD is supposed to be, but what fucking roleplay used to be back then. We had terrorist groups carry over from suburbia/al something, the red front, and even the various cartels to mafia ratios of the servers back then. The other various sets of events that had occurred before and after those, such as Jake Grant being mayor and, of course, my most well-known moment, "The Weber For Mayor Rally Assassination Attempt" and the Riots of October 85, where every day there would be a riot we had to deal with at NYPD, good times. I do intend to work for NYPD again in the server for the reasons of continuing my ongoing loyalty and, of course, the contribution of the ethical law enforcement roleplayer and all that to know what's actually right and what's actually wrong. Because of all of that hard work, I had received every single medal of the NYPD at the time and was then the most decorated officer in NYPD history before my exile. I would not mind restarting from the bottom of the ranks, from cadet to work myself up to re-earn my ranks and my medals. However, I wish to keep the name I had used for a long while, while also, if the NYPD could accommodate, have my badge number be 162 or be what it was before, 105. I hope that the staff of Diverge Networks can consider this appeal, and I promise to prove that I had truly fully healed from all of the stuff in the past, and I forgive everyone who targeted the staff team and me. I am in the right about what they decided back then, especially Canadian and Pendred. I don't blame ya'll for exiling me, nor do I have anyone else to blame but myself. Hello Lou, After reviewing we've came to an agreement; Your ban will be reduced to two weeks but, to clarify: you've been warned multiple times by multiple admins to not continue on mugging and to be a proper contribution to roleplay, this means talking, working at restaurants, doing your crime or legal stuff etc etc... When you create a newer character doesn't immediately have to mean it's a mugging character after 1 mug, but after 3 mugs it's a different situation especially if your character is 7 hours old is just suspicious, like Dice already explained is that your characters life has no real value to you since you only focus on mugging.

Hello, Whilst you timed out you never really made an attempt to rejoin asap as these friends claimed you would and should do, you reconnect almost 3 hours later. I received a report of a Failmug against you. Upon reviewing the clip, it is very clear you tied someone within a greenzone AND with an NPC and witnesses close by. In this instance, not only did you tie them right in front of an ATM, not only in public within the City Hall square which is not marked as a red or yellow zone and is therefore not a mugging area, but also right in front of 2 cops who quickly arrested you. You are basically admitting you got on the character just to try and tie people up. I would have considered a pk or lesser ban if it was only a single instance of one rule break considered Failmug but you broke multiple mugging rules across two muggings committed within a very short time. There is no excuse to go around attempting these muggings without knowing the rules involved. While I appreciate you being apologetic I do not feel this ban should be reversed.

I understand what I did was wrong, I hopped on a random character I had and saw I had restraints and stuff and I decided to just go tie someone up, I didnt take into account mug zones and I tied up a random person in front of an ATM which I shouldnt have done. I want to sincerely apologize to the man I had tied up and staff for breaking the rules. I generally try to bring good rp to the server and I did not know what I was expecting doing this, I really really apologize and I am just asking for atleast less than 36 hour ban, even 24 hours I just didnt think about what I did thorougly and after I realized it was failmug I had promptly asked to give the items back and profusely apologized but nonetheless I was banned, I ask for you to please look over my case and please give me a little leniency I never do things like this and the one time I decided to take it a step to far it completely backfired on me. I wasn't aware of it being permanent until recently. I will admit I was semi-problematic but I don't feel I didn't anything to warrant a perm ban and I feel the NITRP is unjustified as well as I had multiple established characters when I did play. Why should you be unbanned?: It was 2-3 years ago, I don't remember being perm banned when I last got off and just recently got on to play with my friends. I believe the reason was something to do with having an unofficial gang (me and my friends all wore red and sold / produced drugs) and I ended up getting into a shootout with an official gang resulting in multiple deaths as well as an argument with staff. Even if this was the case; I barely remember it and if aloud on the server again I will perform no such behavior. I truly miss this server there is none other like it and would just like to return and play with my friends as its been years since ive been able to play. I cannot emphasis you will have no such issues with me if aloud back into the server. (What Happened?)
