So far, I have kept my slate quite clean as I have done my best to abide by the server rules. Today during the faction event, the Kosher Nostra fellas all wearing the same outfit sat on top of Little Israel. One of them was our target and we did not know which one. To make perfectly sure we did not break server rules, we asked a member of the staff team, Falcon - an administrator, if we were allowed to snipe them even though we did not know which one it was. He said due to the specific circumstances of them being on the roof and not on the ground, we were permitted to do so. So I did. Then I was pulled to a sit and banned by another administrator. I don't feel that it is my or anyone else's fault if the staff team is not on the same page. You say I had no friends in the crowd when the dude in the blue suit aka (jonny doe) was the friend I had in the crowd and you can literally ask him, and it’s pretty obvious I was only shooting him as in the clip you showed it shows me shooting him and nobody else, yes I did kill other people but that was after the fact they shot at me and in the sit you said I gave you an “antagonistic attitude” when I barely said anything cause yall were talking over me and didn’t let me speak. I watched you "roleplay" to scam a weapon, when the person you were trying to scam offered you a job you refused and insisted; she had to drop a gun before you would pay her. You made a ticket asking if you could kill her and got upset when I brought up the rules around scamming. Not 5 minutes after this you bought a knife and went on a stabbing frenzy, and I decided that the talk we'd had made no real progress in your knowledge of the rules/lack thereof.

Hello, banning staff. You went across the rooftop ontop of the gambino apartments and fired and killed someone and injured two others. After I took the sit, I spectated you and saw you ontop of city hall, attempting to shoot a random person across the street. At this point I pulled you away for visible rule break. When I brought you into the sit, you immediately started to lie about what occurred and gave an antagonistic attitude towards me and the situation. Saying essentially, that you did nothing and outright lied about it. When I gave a clip and said I personally witnessed you atop of cityhall. You said you didn't care and tried to bait the other people in the sit. At this point you started an argument, where one of them drew a gun, then put it away. I didn't see that they fired. Keep in mind there was 3 other people who were involved, all against you. I attempted to deescalate things, albeit inappropriate behavior from them. Around 30 seconds after you said something like, 'fuck this' and pointed your gun and shot me and the other people in the sit room. At which point I phys gunned you and banned you. Just put it up to a vote. If the majority votes it stays, then it stays. If they vote against, then we can all come up with an idea for something else. 5 people in a forum doesnt mean there arent more. Im sure many that play pay no attention to the forum. The mansion is near useless. Theres been like maybe four events in it this year to my knowledge. Having more property options for factions or something that creates better RP seems more constructive

nb2x95 76561199802104472 892499216662925343 RDM POx2 | ARDM | ARDM in a sit 7 Days I feel that some of the things i was banned for have valid reasons as to why i did what i did Im not really asking to be unbanned just a shorter ban like 1-2 days because the ARDM in a sit is ridiculous especially when i have a clip of the other person in the sit shooting me first. Secondly i had no intent to kill anyone at all i was shooting at my friend as a joke which he had no problem with and then all of a sudden the 3 people i killed plus more started firing shots at me.

Hello, I think I should be unbanned because I had just started the server and didn't know the rules. From the first 2 hours a corrupt cop kept me in cell for no reason (4Lights) dealt with this case and he knows it has been a struggle for me from start. I was getting killed for no reason walking into gun stores and was constantly @ rdm but the admins didn't do anything. So I thought I could go buy a kitchen knife and stab *in game* someone to death because I was influenced. I was also getting paid too so I thought it was within the rules. I know you guys don't care that I am new but I really just want to come back before I quit gmod, I legit started gmod the second I joined the server and was just trying to have fun with my IRL friend. I am sorry for what I did and it won't happen again, just please give another chance. I truly didn't know what I was doing and I just need another chance. Thanks for understanding.
