+1 During the time I’ve known Andy, I’ve been able to see a clear difference in how he handles himself compared to when we first met. Early on, there were moments where frustration or emotions could affect the way he responded to certain situations, especially during stressful interactions. But over the last few months, I’ve noticed a significant change in his attitude and overall approach. He’s become much more composed and thoughtful when dealing with issues on the server. Rather than taking things personally or reacting too quickly, he now tends to stay calm, look at situations more objectively, and respond in a way that feels far more mature and professional. That kind of personal growth is not something you see from everyone. At the end of the day, nobody in a community is flawless. People make mistakes, particularly when they genuinely care about the environment they’re part of. What matters most is the willingness to improve and learn from past experiences, and from what I’ve seen firsthand, Akira has done exactly that. He has continued to stay involved, support the community, and show consistent dedication toward roleplay and the server itself. Based on the improvement he has shown and the effort he continues to put in, I honestly think he deserves another opportunity and would be a strong addition to the team if given the chance. I joined Diverge for the first time on December 25, 2024. I remember my first faction, my first 100k and of course, my first kill. Diverge is the first server I ever started seriously roleplaying on and is where I got most of, if not all of my roleplay experience. I made a lot of memories, met a lot of people, and played for a long time consistently. I spent over 1000 hours on Diverge and enjoyed every second of it. I should have never made the choices I did on the night of my ban and would like to be forgiven and have one more chance at playing the server again. When I first met him, he sometimes let emotions affect how he handled situations, especially during tense moments. But as time has gone on, I’ve noticed him become much more mature and able to separate personal feelings from roleplay and server situations. Instead of reacting emotionally, he now takes a step back, thinks things through, and handles issues in a far more professional way. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in a community they care deeply about, but what matters most is whether someone learns from them. From what I’ve personally seen, Akira has done exactly that. He’s remained active, committed to the server, and continues to show genuine passion for both roleplay and the community. Because of the progress he has made over these past two months, I truly believe he deserves a second chance and should be seriously considered onto the team. Best of luck in your application.
