What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The Police did not have a valid reason to raid the apartment and this situation should be voided as a result. As seen in the search warrant the stated purpose of the raid was to arrest Antonio DeCavalcante, however after the search warrant was filed and before the raid took place Antonio DeCavalcante was arrested and charged with the crimes described in his arrest warrant. I personally posted his bail for him and while he is out on the streets he has already been arrested and charged, fulfilling the intent of the warrants. Additionally, the admin that took the Officers PK ticket (Animator) is a PD main. This calls into question the Legitimacy of the PK as not only does he have a conflict of interest but he also didn't look at my clip of the situation. Quite frankly I also find it odd that the Officers involved made no attempt to identify themselves as they entered my apartment, I genuinely believed that I was being robbed and as I already had my gun out I shot as soon as I could (an outcome that would have been prevented if they had yelled through the door) also the guy wearing the nonstandard ESU navy blue uniform delayed my ability to realize the guy was a cop significantly. Hi banning admin here. I was asked to weigh in on, and then enact your ban during a conversation with at least 6 other staff members, including staff higher ranking than myself. Looking through your logs, it is blatantly apparent to me, as well as the other staff, that you don't intend to roleplay. In your previous appeal, you said: "If I get unbanned, I plan to roleplay and add to the servers experience instead of take away from it. If I come back to the server I won't be mugging at all, shouting at people for no reason, or breaking any rules." So far you have spent most of your time mugging, outside of that AFK'ing at your property, and making negative and cringeworthy Underground Advertisement endlessly. It's worth noting that hiring a few people and ordering oil is not what constitutes roleplay. Your provided evidence of roleplay is also pretty sub-par. You have been known to mug various people who blatantly have nothing of value on their person, which to my eye is likely PK hunting. You make the core of your character, down to his nickname, about mugging. You post a large number of rumours per session gloating about your muggings, and announcing plans for your next muggings. All of this adds up, as well as your previous bans and reputation - to show that you are just a mugging character, who can provide little to no valuable roleplay to the server. The testimony of a small handful of Takahashi players that you "have been helpful in the 1 week you were there" is not doing much to disprove that, either. PK hunting, most failmugs (which you have done at least one) and NITRP are all bannable offenses. Referencing Canadian's judgement on your perma ban appeal: "If you are banned again it will be extended to permanent once more." Thus I extended your ban to permanent. TL;DR - I was asked to ban you if I believed your actions constituted a ban, I did, as did numerous other staff. You had a 1 strike, you're out policy laid out to you when you were unperma'd. Good luck on the appeal.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was playing on my other character with a good buddy of mine. When we decided to rob somebody. After they refused to pay at our shop, eventually, the cops caught up with us and I made this stupid idiotic decision to swap my character. To avoid the interaction. My character was then PKed. and I know it probably won’t happen and this appeal is a lost cause but I still wanted to come on here and apologize for my actions ask for mercy in this decision as it is the first serious punishment I was given on the server whatever the outcome of this appeal I promise I will never partake in mingey behaviour ever again I will follow every global and server rule down to the very letter I can only end off my apology by begging the staff team for leniency If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

I suspected that this person had items on them worth money and it's kinda hard to see in the ghetto. I would also like to point out that I didn't even shoot the guy, I would have tied him up and took what he had but the guy I was mugging with killed him.

Personally I think the person should be pk active ONLY BY THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE VEHICLE during ACTUAL LOCKPICKING when lockpicking ends or is completing they would no longer be pk active. If you're stealing a car you need to realize you are putting your self at risk and actively lockpicking in front of the vehicle owner is a stupid thing to do. I think it would be too powerful to make them pl active during the whole robbery.

So, I traded the suit to my friend, a Clause's White Suit, for the Blue De Niro and the Crazy's Suit. Around 10-15 minutes later he and I were banned for item transfer. Add the possibility to favourite songs on the hi-fi, which would appear in their own respective section. Feel like this would make it easier to find my favourite songs this way to add to queue rather than having to scroll through the vast selection of music in order to find them Perhaps also add the possibility to rearrange the order songs play in the hi-fi queue

I went through the thread you linked and I get the concerns that were brought up there, especially the stuff about alt characters and people farming money from stolen cars. The way that suggestion was set up though was basically just steal car → sell car → get paid, which is probably why people were worried about abuse. What I was thinking about was a little different and more about giving the mechanic an actual purpose instead of it just being a payout. Right now we can already lockpick vehicles, but realistically most of the time people just steal a car, drive it around for a bit, and then ditch it somewhere. Since cars can also have premium tracking, once it gets reported stolen the police get the location and description, which already creates some interaction. The issue is there’s not really anything after that. What I had in mind was more of a process where the car actually gets used for something. Like stealing it would just be the first step. For example it could be something like: steal car bring it somewhere to remove the tracker then bring it to a chop / mechanic location Instead of just selling the whole car for money, maybe the point could be stripping parts off the vehicle. Cars already have upgrades like turbo tuning which costs around 200k, so it could be interesting if stolen vehicles could be brought somewhere and have upgrades removed from them and then installed onto another car. That way the system isn’t just about stealing a car for quick money, it’s more about the parts and the process. It would also create more chances for police to get involved. If the tracker removal or stripping parts takes time, the car is still traceable during that window and police could intercept before it gets dismantled. The main thing I was thinking about was just turning vehicle theft into an actual RP chain instead of it ending the moment someone steals the car. Right now a stolen car usually just disappears after a few minutes, so it feels like there’s room to expand that into something a bit deeper. PS: I also think focusing more on stripping parts instead of selling whole cars might help avoid some of the alt character issues that were mentioned in the older thread, since it wouldn’t just be a quick money payout from stealing a car.
