It can be for a trade in or price like I stated previously and the whole reason behind it is so instead of people creating new chars or removing a felony with irl money (since not everyone would be down to do it) they would prob take a risk on taking a chance on something that with rolling can be with higher percentage to show to a cop that they can open carry a gun, because lets be honest felons are already carrying guns or what not, and if a cop notices them with a gun at least they have a chance of getting away from it with a probability that fake id will have showing a good copy. I think they had rather take a gamble on that instead of starting new again on a new char or waiting couple months and then removing their felony record with irl money.

The player who I failmugged wasn't even the one complaining. In matter of fact none of the Lucchese had a problem with me trolling with them. You sent all of these rules thinking I was really trying to mug a Lucchese member infront of 9 colleagues when we were all trolling. I wasn't trying to mug the guy and we were just trolling. I accidentally clicked the tie button and ran away immediately, it was clearly an accident and you don't have to be on my ass for it. I don't understand how you pk and ban me when they were also breaking rules like rdm and just having straight up 3v3s in the streets, but you are yet to respond to that claim since you know you are wrong.

Haven't seen anything that makes this a "Fail Mug". Aswell the claim for Fail Escalation is vague due to the random mugging pattern. Seems that mugging is only allowed as RP if it benifits people within the staff team or of community importance. The claim for lack of RP is crazy consider no one from his host faction was asked or any attempt to deep dive his ties to the community. Seems like lazy staff work. If you mug your guilty of eveything under the sun until you prove otherwise. Redo the mugging rules or do better staff work. (Typed this on the go so aplogies for the grammer)

I want to apologize for disrupting the RP of the people on the server back then and i want to apologize for not following the server rules as well I think enough time has passed and i want to rejoin the server with contributing to the RP experience of everyone else on the server. I remember having a lot of fun on the server back then and i really want to play it again because of the unique experience it provides and the fun it gave I really hope i can be unbanned and play with my friends on the new map. boogie.

the suggestion is either make the mugging rules more depth and harsh then leaving them loose and open to subjective opinions
