±1 To be fair, not a bad staff application, and you don't seem to be a bad pick when glancing at this application. However, you have a very low playtime to apply for staff and you're someone we don't know, at least I don't and I've been here for a year. I recommend you play at least 4-6 months on the server, get to know your faction and get made in it, become a police officer on another character, pass the BAR to be a lawyer on your main, etc.. Experience the server on every corner like I did before applying and getting accepted, just a good thing to do in general for anyone trying to be staff.

Greetings, I am the Moderator that banned you from the server. For the VDM POx3, when I began watching you and you lost the cops at first, you were still repeatedly ramming into cars for no roleplay reason. For the Cop Bait POx2, your constant vehicle battling with other cars and the results of it led to you being pulled over, to which you just started running away as soon as you could, and done so on three different occassions with your very reckless driving that was done in view of officers. With the extensive previous offences you had, I had to ban you for a significant amount of time. I felt secure in doing so as I recorded almost the entirety of what I described. It is also very important to remember that being pulled over is not always equal to being arrested. It usually leads to a warning or citation, which are misdemeanors, and in your case it wasn't even the same officer that chased you earlier, he was pulling you over because you were on the wrong lane while ramming into other cars in a very public area that is obviously going to have some law enforcement there.

-1 unfortunately only 10 hours of playtime and being here for a couple days isn’t close to enough time to understand the complexity of the things the server will throw at you try again down the line as it also gives people more of a chance to see who you are and how you act etc

I was a felon with a gun on me and did not want to be caught and go to jail as that char Beard Sylvester had already been arrested for that and i didn't want to possibly receive life due to the charges that would add on with the gun charge. I did not intend to cop bait either as i have always had trouble controlling the Kinahan faction car which may have caused the cops to try and pull me over and arrest me, I have been trying to save money on that specific char to get a different car that i could drive around while i grind because i have already had a lot of trouble with the cops because of it. Now even if this ban does not get removed i still ask to have it reduced as I have a lot of events to attend this week on my SOS char, thank you and again i sincerely apologize.

What do you do?: I would get clips and screenshots of the actions they did that were unfair. I would then make a staff report on forums and then send all evidence and explain what they did. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would ask the reporter what the person did and if they have any proof of anything. Detectives are currently chopped. Not because of poor leadership (except Martin Riggs who idk how that nigga is LT) but because they got nerfed into the floor. Sad really.

+1 Detectives famously can't grasp that there may be probable cause but not proof beyond a reasonable doubt whenever something like a don's orders hit happens. Like, maybe first use that oppurtunity to get something else than an arrest warrant if possible and maybe watch them, start an actual investigation instead of just it being immediately thrown to a case just for there to not be enough to convict or not enough to convict for life. As a judge, I'd love to see more than just a forensics report and I know my friends at the supreme level would too when considering murder cases with just a quick forensics report.
