Bullets is way more qualified than most of these mods that have been accepted the last couple of months, he's been staff before without having a HC character and I also personally know about his cop character which he had in tandem with his HC character and him taking his cop character seriously is enough to squash all these metagame accusations. this is probably the most mature and civil debate/ discussion on a pk appeal i seen. I wish most appeals went like thsi.

I acknowledge this and appreciate the information as well as you doing what you felt was right- which was setting the PK. With that said, I know you aren't ruling on this, but I simply want to respond so the record is as clear as I can make it. It must be understood I was literally on the verge of my next promotion, which- for the sake of civilian life needed to be avoided. Not only this, but I was told by handlers that for one reason or another, I would VERY likely be killed if I didn't pull out when it was requested anyways. Context to all of this matters: from command requests, to identity and everything else involved.

You left on 2/27 the orders were wrote on 3/5 only 6 days after you left which was within the 2 week period validating you being set pk active.

To clarify for the record, I have verifiable proof that I left the faction on 2/27. Based on the claimed two-week cooldown, that period would have concluded on 3/13. Realistically, the only alternative I could have taken would have been to go on a two-week LOA. However, even that would likely have triggered orders regardless. More importantly, my departure was not voluntary in its timing or manner- I acted at the direct request of command, which I was obligated to follow. I had intended to remain longer and potentially approach things differently, but that option was ultimately not available to me. Additionally, I have not found any PK or general rule that explicitly establishes this cooldown requirement, nor was it clearly communicated to me by handlers in a way that applied to my situation or timeline. I appreciate the input provided, but I believe this also overlooks the issue of identity. Without clear evidence of corruption or exposure, it is difficult to see how my identity would be known in-character, which is a critical factor in justifying the outcome.

Hello admin who set you PK active here, there’s a 2 week time frame to leave a criminal faction without being noticed, in your case you failed to wait the 2 week period and left the faction whitelist ghosting them and cutting all contacts which resulted in command writing orders against you multiple reasons. Claiming you were out of the city for a month is false as if you were the orders wouldn’t be able to go through, Good Luck on your appeal.

If I release any of that info to the public it will be metagamed. Again the staff I spoke to who are investigating have heard the story and have the proof we needed to order your death they will issue their judgement when they finish the investigation!

Hello! I understand that you're claiming to have IC information, but if I'm correct in this appeal you need to provide more than just a "trust me bro it was done IC." This char was maybe in City a max of 2-3 times prior and I never left the police department or talked to anyone who wasn't police. Because I can prove that there was nobody in the Altoviti faction even on the scoreboard at the time of the name change itself.
