I want to contribute more than I already do, and I think being staff would allow me to do that in a meaningful way. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I've been consistently active in the community and have built a solid understanding of how things work here, which I think gives me a good foundation for the role. I try to be helpful wherever I can, whether that's answering questions, keeping conversations on track, or just being a reliable presence. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I witness the RDM, I would investigate the situation and watch over the potential offender. As someone simply watching a situation, I have not seen the entire build up, so I cannot make an informed decision on if it was RDM, or if it was justified, until I hear both sides of the story and see evidence from the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record the situation as evidence, and kick it up the chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Since it is a faction member/friend of mine, I would refrain from taking the ticket. Bias, even unconcious bias, can play a part in any decision people make, so removing myself from any chance of that is the correct choice.

I found a boulder in the street, on a guys car, and you were driving around with a boulder on your car. I told you to stop, told you I gave you a note and said that you would lose pet flags the next time you did that. You then proceeded to do it again immediately.

I just put a boulder on top of my van and drove it around town. Asked monaclu why, told me "because I said so." I genuinely dont think it was a big deal, just drove with a boulder on top of my car. No one died, no one got hurt, I didn't really see a rule on it and its not really prop minge. I think this is just a case of monaclu powertrip/egotrip, not new. Peace and love be with you, stranger.

I wasn't fully aware of the rules following PET Flags. I had 2 other notes before this, One was I was camping like I was and after like 20 minutes of it a person working Little Israel decided I cant camp in the parking lot and argued with me, staff told me to stop so I walked away and the person literally followed me away for 10 minutes so I went back but still of their property and on Guerinis and places a sleeping bag on the floor. The second time, I was trying to put my taxi into a boxcar and I did but my friend drove it out and away to PD lobby stairs where it got stuck, I was using a prop to slowly retrieve it when I was frozen and given a note. I was just angry the first note and the second I was trying to fix my car being stuck. I completely admit to the newest one which gave me my removal and am extremely sorry. I have read over all the PET Flag rules and know not to do this again, I will be much more careful with permissions like that from now on, I believe the reason for return is because I am very sorry about it and I have read over all rules and know not to do it again, I will not do it again.
