You clearly struggle to understand the rules of the server and frequently break them not to mention, you frequently come off as quite confrontational and incompetent. I've never had a good experience with you as well as many others. You also can't take feedback very well from what I have seen. And honestly, I really don't think you would be a great fit. +1 Anyone who has been around for the past month will know that this user has had prior conflicts involving rules and other players. I have known Andy for nearly two months now, and throughout that time, I have consistently seen his genuine interest in role-play and in engaging with the Diverge community. While he can come across as pushy at times, from what I have personally witnessed, the situations he has been involved in often stemmed either from racism directed at him or from others deliberately trying to provoke him into a reaction. That does not excuse every response, but I do believe context matters. I believe in second, and even third chances when someone shows they are willing to improve. Taking into account his activity, playtime, and continued interest in the server, I believe he would be an appropriate fit for the staff team. Best of luck on your application.

-1 Throughout the time I have known you, you've consistently demonstrated an insane level of immaturity. You would always get upset when you didn't get your way, you would try to abuse the fact that you were made to try to get information that you weren't supposed to have, which would then circle back to what I first said, as well as cause conflicts with a bunch of people in game. I could continue that list forever, but then it would stretch a little too long. You have a bad habit of pushing your luck, and that's where I believe, if you were to get staff at this moment, you would take advantage of that fact, and it would make the staff team look bad. You also just finished serving a mugging char ban, where you also, around 6 months ago, got off a metagame ban. Yes, there is a lot of time between the two of these bans, but it's recent enough to be brought into the conversation. I believe if you truly think you deserve a staff, I would personally recommend going 6 months without causing issues in-game with any faction or person. At this time, truthfully, I do not believe you are capable of handling the information and power of being staff. With all that being said, in the end, my word is taken with a grain of salt. Outside of the drama you stirred with me personally, I have seen you acting unstable within sits, unable to remove bias within sits. Often your initial response is to begin hurling insults and slurs at someone when a decision doesn't go your way. Being honest at one point I thought you had mental issues from the way you were acting. Biased response to this: -10 Unbiased response: -1 maybe show growth via normal interactions on the server rather than proving growth through staff.

Over the past couple weeks I’ve seen him try to better himself by apologizing and trying to come to a conclusion instead of just crashing out. If so, why?: Yes, I have been banned before. The first time was when I had just joined the server and killed someone who was trying to mug me. I didn’t use Medal or a similar tool to prove it, so I couldn’t defend myself and was banned for RDM and lying to staff. Later, in 2025, I made one of my biggest mistakes by joining an RP with people I didn’t know, which got me a 3-week ban. After that, I read and memorized all the rules, and I went a whole year without any bans. Recently, after losing my 500 hour and 250 hour characters, I mugged someone with my last remaining character. Staff considered it insufficient RP for my account and counted it as a mugging character, which led to my third and final ban. I want to add that I have learned the necessary and valuable lessons from my mistakes, and these bans have made me a more skilled and knowledgeable player. If the player is doing something like MRDM or MVDM that’s ruining other players’ experience and there’s no other active staff, I’d step in myself. Otherwise, I’d submit a ticket or report it through the forum’s player report section if needed. • You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I’d gather all necessary information about the rule being broken and collect proof, like clips and screenshots. Then, if needed, I’d report the situation to the upper administrators (UA) and submit a report through the Staff Report section. • A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I think the most important thing for a staff member is not letting personal feelings affect their decisions. Whether it’s a friend or someone you don’t like shouldn’t matter. I’d look at the situation, treat every player fairly, and make sure the right action is taken no matter who it is. As Calink said ive seen emotes in which you can lean against the wall with your arms crossed, sitting on chairs/floors in different positions, etc etc it really goes actually go really hard and does add so much RP potential we constantly see people use /anims ALL the time in different situations to add some value to the moment, adding more emotes will undeniable be used a ton by the community and loved a lot of suggestions that suggest something like this spew retarded shit but this one nails it in the direction it shoudl be

Do you think this might have been the result of him not having his active status removed after he was put through witness security? This happened to me and it was reversed immediately. Changing name and face out of public record is supposed to also have your active status revoked until they're able to prove it.
