It's impossible to tase someone if they just stay on top of the water. Hello Your defense is terrible; we don't do the whole realistic drugaddict Roleplay by abusing in game mechanics to avoid being tazed and arrested. Realistically if you'd fallover you could still be cuffed by the police whilst in game you can't. You also deliberately baited the police to chase you which could be considered Cop Baiting. Whilst you was in the cells you admitted to me you were intentionally wasting the guys time aswell which could be considered NITRP with the way you were doing it.
