After spending significant time on Diverge Networks, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy helping improve the RP experience for others. I’ve been away from staff for a while, and I miss contributing to the server in a meaningful way. I have experience moderating here previously, and I believe I handled situations calmly, maturely, and without bias. I want to help reinforce immersion, guide new players, and make sure everyone gets the best RP experience possible. I was a moderator/staff member on Diverge Networks previously for around one year. I was also an admin on Superior Servers (StarwarsRP) for over two years, handling ban requests, event coordination, and daily moderation tasks. I have been involved in Garry’s Mod communities since 2009 and understand how to manage tickets efficiently. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? No. Would you say that you are well known in our community? What’s your reputation? What do other members think of you? Yes, many members know me as someone who stays calm and keeps things professional. I held high command roles in multiple factions, and I believe most players would say I handled situations maturely and respectfully. I don’t let emotions impact decisions, and I keep RP enjoyable for everyone. My reputation is that of someone who helps rather than hinders. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far? My favorite moment was the July 4th event with the musket battle. It brought people together and created hilarious and memorable RP moments. I enjoy large community events because they boost player engagement and make the server feel alive. I would love to help create more events like this and contribute to the server in ways beyond just dealing with tickets. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A Problem Solving Someone RDMs, and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this? I would first contact an on-duty staff member and explain the situation. If no staff are available, I would switch to my staff character and handle the ticket according to the rules. I would stay neutral, gather both sides’ perspectives, check logs or clips if needed, and take the appropriate action based on server rules. If a higher-ranking staff member needs to be involved, I will document everything and report it properly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do? I would collect valid evidence such as clips or screenshots and report it to a higher-ranking staff member. I would not confront them directly or make assumptions. Evidence and proper procedure prevent misunderstandings and keep staff accountability professional. A member of your faction or a friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDM’ing and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute a possible bias? All tickets are equal, regardless of friendships or faction affiliations. I would ask both parties for evidence and evaluate the situation based solely on facts and the server rules. I never act on assumptions or personal relationships. If I ever feel I may be biased, I will request another staff member to take the ticket. Rules come before relationships.

You supply the document as you normally would, if you select the signable option it allows for the document to be signed. Maybe people like the way it is, but I think having ic objects for contracts would be pretty neat. I think the idea that 2 people can make a contract and if the contract is exploited the information is all there. For staff sits for things like PKs it would show ids who signed it and made it. For the rp reason it would just show their signature. Beyond that its just another toss of an idea.

After looking at logs, it looks like you were damaging the cop with your car first which caused him to shoot you to which ran him over to slam and kill him. Now even if he shot you first you cannot abuse the ragdoll physics in any way (Such as slamming someone on the ground or on a car to kill them). This happening right after you got out of a sit for a similar reason and based on your recent history I think 24 hours is a fair ban. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. The trading system on an old crime game I played on GRAAL called “Era” as a kid had a system like this. Gun bag sized window for trade- money can also be added to your side of the trade. Both users have to click accept to finalize. This could be balanced with no illegal items being allowed for trade so that police don’t miss out on investigative work. But, honestly, we could do without this system. Soft +1
