I was told to wait until the crew deal, that it would be better if I did instead of doing something by myself on discord by the same person as in the image above. And I asked for help sometime before that message. I acknowledge I had dues, I acknowledge it was a decent amount of money, I simply can't agree with how you guys handled it. When I was killed I was told they were doing early collection for the crew deal and that's what brought me aside in a lonely area, how am I supposed to make money by myself when I was told to wait until a crew deal that I was killed before it ever took place? Where else would that money have of gone other than back into the club? Bottom Line is: I was killed before I made it to an opportunity to make money that I was told to wait for. Regardless of the motivations behind it, its not particularly fair. Additionally, instead of the guy who killed me just explaining why in DMs, I was ghosted entirely and had to make this appeal to even find out why. When I asked for the discord of someone higher in the club than the guy who did it to try and find out why, I was ghosted as well. This cold-shoulder is indicative of some kind of distaste for me, and I simply cannot see why, other than disagreeing with my PK reason- which, in itself, makes no sense. And this behavior pre-dates my appeal.

You forced some BS "private party" onto the bill which we didn't agree to, we are British and as an actual Brit we are tight as fuck with money so makes sense in RP. This game has meant a lot to me over the years from when we used to play it a long time ago. I made a mistake trying to alt. I know it was dumb and after a long break and reflecting on my actions I want to come back. The reason I used an alt was because I was a bit disgruntled and just wanted to play with my friends, which isn't an excuse at all, but that's why I did it. I shouldn't have tried to evade my ban, it was childish decision on my part. There’s no excuse for it and I am deeply sorry. I want to make a fun return after reading up on the rules I feel now I will make a good addition to the server. Sorry for all the trouble. Why should you be unbanned?: So I can enjoy this server again like I used to and can play with my friends and interact with the community. I miss all the cool people I used to be able to interact with and I enjoyed peoples company on the server. There is a lot of cool people I can relate to on here. Okay, okay, hear me out. Factions never go to actual war (they usually de-escalate) meaning people just sit there hoarding wealth, right? So adjust the PK rules so that you can sue a member of ANOTHER FACTION without getting instantly capped, although obviously with the same punishments in place if for some reason you sue someone in your own faction / an allied faction. This way, grievances can get settled another way, it provides a back-and-forth transfer of money if people successfully sue one another, and maybe it could LEAD to escalation if someone is pissed that they're losing 200k for crashing into someone on the sidewalk. I think it'd also breathe life into the much under-utilized civil portion of the legal system. Yes I'm a little biased because I am also a judge on one of my chars. Thoughts?
