As I said in-game before I banned you, you lack social skills and self-awareness. You´re just a spastic moron who has to resort to insult other people, because you feel small. Accusing you of not warning a rule-breaker isn't me showing disregard upon the rules. It was me saying that you are not warning him over a bigger offence which is RDM rather you choose to ban me over soundboard minging with a friend and adding an offence that doesn't even add up NITRP. I didn't know that I was spamming it I checked if the soundboard is still on but the volume was turned off which is not your problem clearly. I am the banning admin in this case. In this instance, your old char was pked by another faction after you left them. Immediatelly afterward, you decided to create a new character with an identical name to your old one. I informed you had to change it, but instead of complying, you started going on about how "Winchester is an Arab and is poor", eeven though you are unable to pay for an unban. After that you decided to go to the cops who were investigating a dead body (your old char´s body) and you tried to snitch on them. Upon which occasion, I banned you for NITRP. Claiming you are new to the server is not an excuse, especially since you stated in your own ban appeal that previous staff members had already sent you the link to the rules. Please also keep in mind the following rule, under the "Character Rules" section: You may not create a new character with the name of an old character that was PK'ed. Nor are you allowed to roleplay as the son/brother/father/family member etc. of any of your past characters. Your characters should have zero relation to each other.

Hello, banning admin here. You were on your cop character, spamming Garry's Mod death noises through your soundboard in the middle of the street. I PMed you in-game asking if you wanted another ban (I banned you 3 weeks ago for something very similar). Instead of apologizing or saying it wouldn't happen anymore, you got very defensive and said that I had not properly handled a situation regarding RDM that you were on the receiving end of earlier. When I initially looked at your notes, I saw that you already had 4 for misusing your soundboard. This ultimately showed me that you don't ever plan on using it appropriately, and a gag did not seem sufficient given your ban from 3 weeks ago. I got on my cop char and in the first 10 minutes I got RDMed by a guy from Lucchese faction, reported the guy SexaphoneGod (admin that banned me) said that he will deal with it and he teleported me back and the guy that rdmed me was still running around like nothing happened I didn't see him getting pulled to a sit now how can I believe that the admin did the right thing he teleported me back not letting me see the guy getting punished. I used my soundboard but I didn't hear it which was weird I didn't know that it was turned on I tabbed out went to my soundpad it was indeed turned on but the volume was not I turned it up and did the sound once just to make sure that my soundpad is on I went back to my patrol and the admin pmed me that he already banned me over that. First time I got banned was because I did this to someone I don't know and the guy is not okay with it and that he reported me for the soundboard. The admin asked me do you want another ban that's where I thought he wouldn't ban me that it was just a verbal but I was wrong as I confronted him about the situation where he didn't warn his probably OOC friend and when I asked him to show me the clip he banned me banning someone because they don't trust you and over a soundboard use instead of a mute is just corny, he even added the NITRP offence, what am I supposed to do as a cop with 15-16 players on I was simply just patrolling, checking sewers, ghetto and walking around the intention to roleplay is clear but there was 0 roleplay at that moment because there are people that are grinding in their aps and the usual standing outside the restaurant, shop warriors. This clearly shows that the admin is Cherry Picking, even if he did warn him which I don't believe in tbf, when I use the soundboard it's bad but when others do it it's fine when I do it I know the limit to stop I use it when I am around people I know and when the roleplay is not much involved not even playing loud music just goofy sounds that are 2 seconds long.

You left the faction, prompting us to pursue your PK, while we were hunting you down, all you did was talk shit to random people with 0 intrest to "make a name for yourself". I do believe in second chances, and eventually once the ban is over, maybe youll learn to be a good asset to whoever hires you next, but this clearly isnt the case in this situation. The ban is only 7 days, which is not much anyways. Maybe dont use AI for your next appeal. -1
