Scenarios such as Muggings, VCWP, and one off PK situations like that have popped up quite a bit recently where if the staff member would have just pulled the individual being PKed the PK likely would have been denied in the first place when providing evidence. Great example and there are plenty of others in the recent months where both sides of the evidence shown that the person who was pked should have never been pked. Just look through accepted char appeals. (thank god the individual linked above clipped this moment, some of us wouldve just kept going after being killed, and if you ask me you can see a dead body in the cops clip and the dude running away, it was obvious crossfire from that perspective too????)) Why make a person stress for days wondering if their pk appeal will be accepted when it can be decided in that moment with all sides of the evidence? Staff should pull the individual they are pking and determine if they have any evidence for themselves. The answer should not be "make a pk appeal" this resticts access to their character and in some cases breaks RP for them if they have a planned event or something of the sort.

Hey, I’m the admin who PK’d you. Based on the clip I was initially provided, you initiated the violent confrontation by attempting to kill the officer in question. The gunshots can be confirmed as coming from your weapon, as the clip clearly shows the muzzle flash. I now see from your POV, that it was accidental and was never your intention to kill the officer in question, the officer was just caught in the crossfire while you were trying to kill your target.

Alright guys I'll see you next September. Hopefully I can get unban next year. I'm really upset because I won't be able to terrorize you guys this year. It's okay though! After sometime, I recall the streets being completely empty, every *Player I saw crossing the street I would just chase after them, they would run and run. The fun parts was when they didn't know I was near them. I wish I had those days recorded. I was really hoping to be chasing after all of you guys in a dark alleyway this year and capture such wonder footage and treasure some truly monumental memories just to show you guys my appreciation for everyone and the entire server! : ) I had a really fun time. See, I was just throwin a first attempt to see whats cared mmore about vs not. wanted to see what my negatives were. I definately coul put more effort into it FOR SURE. but seeing these responses has given me some good food for thought on what to improve on. HOWEVER, to my knowledge, theres only 1 other russian group. opposed to a ton of Italians. member count I dont disagree with either.....but it also do be tough tryna find anyone interested in joining in on this journey. lol. but, like I said, good feedback = good takeaway and growth for later. There will be another app later with a better name, better rp/buisness ideas and more overall thought put into the family history and what they can bring to the table that isnt so....generic from everyone else. lol.....in time.

Got targeted by a bigger group and all hell broke loose, Somehow went from 2 week ban to a perm ban for x1 rdm and x1 ltap. neither of which I truly did and pretty sure noone in the entire existence of the server got that long of a ban for the same thing. Lift the ban... no new players stick to the server with admins/premade teams already teamed up. There is no true non-biased as far as I've seen on this server and honestly if it doesnt get lifted ill be okay. Overall shitty experience all over a E-Girl, women in real life lie and cry after the same way they do on this server. Sadly this server doesn't understand hiring virgins to watch over a server never has worked.
