I’m actually losing my mind reading some of these replies because the hypocrisy is genuinely insane This server is BUILT around mature themes Organized crime Drug trafficking Money laundering Strip clubs Cheating arcs Mafia marriages Executions Kidnappings Corrupt cops Gang wars ALL of that is apparently “realistic immersive RP” But the SECOND two consenting people wanna ERP privately everybody suddenly transforms into the Vatican “Think of the minors” BRO THEN WHY IS THE ENTIRE SERVER BASICALLY GTA WITH BETTER TYPING People are literally roleplaying cartel torture scenes and executions in warehouses but y’all are acting like: “/me kisses Isabella softly while music plays” is some catastrophic moral collapse of civilization And the funniest part is EVERYBODY already knows private ERP happens People date IC People flirt IC People do relationship drama People literally get married IC But suddenly the second anything goes one step further in PRIVATE DMs everyone starts clutching their pearls like: “THIS IS AGAINST THE VALUES OF THE COMMUNITY ” BE SERIOUS I’ve literally ERP’d with tons of girls and guys in this community already and guess what happened? Nothing Because when two consenting people keep it private and don’t act weird in public literally nobody notices or cares That’s why the original suggestion made PERFECT sense Keep it private Require consent No harassing random people No public chat degeneracy Staff can still step in if people become annoying THAT IS A COMPLETELY NORMAL RULESET Nobody is asking for global chat to become gooner central Nobody is asking for people to start writing wattpad scenes in OOC People just want the rules to reflect the reality of the server instead of pretending romance magically stops existing the moment characters go behind closed doors Like genuinely what are we even doing anymore Violence? Also people seriously need to stop acting like every romantic interaction is ERP. Realistic mafia RP includes relationships, affairs, drama, and intimacy sometimes. Banning anything remotely ERP-related entirely just feels inconsistent with the rest of the server.

I really really agree with this. I think it will bring lots of new roleplay into the community but we need some safety put in place. As a woman I think this would also help increase some of my potential profits in the server. Also if we need any testing or anything I could be considered for testing. P.s: thanks for the examples! Hey I'm not related to this ban, However I do believe I have a small say regarding this situation since something similar happened to me I am a current felon on my colombo character, I was wearing a mask (Probable cause to be ID, Also a felony if you're a felon.) while trying to help my friend and was damaged locked and couldn't remove my mask- so I was arrested because I was a felon and had an illegal gun similar to you. TLDR: He has probable cause to ID- and then arrest you for public masking and then the gun on your back since you're a felon. Regardless of him having your f3. What you should've done is just blasted him with your shotgun and ran away since you reasonably knew he was going to arrest you (Multiple felonies regarding the gun, masking etc.) instead of leaving the server mid arrest which is LTARP. f3 fishing, to my knowledge isn't against rules. Just be careful when you accept the mutuals, or only give eachother your f3 via directly looking at them
