What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So basically, I was hanging around Infront of hardware atm and a situation ensued where a bunch of people we're punching the sole cop that was Ons car and he was just going frantic and shooting his taser around trying to tase me as well, At the time I had a couple illegal items on me so I was quick to try and get of it the dude wouldn't let up so I tried shooting him and failed, He was stuck in the crowd of people so I put my gun away and started to run through the crowd mind this was about 30 seconds of me trying to maneuver around people and get into the clothing store to make my escape route. At this point Im no longer even an active threat my gun was away, and I was simply in the back of the clothing store seeing if he was chasing me and I just got blown away through the wall. Since I believed, the scene was going to continue regardless so I went back to where I was since a glitch really caused my death I was legit in no line of sight of anyone at the time of my death, As I came back Owen Davis puts me in cuffs and we went from there, I went through with a lawyer ended up sitting there for 30+mins arguing my case which ultimately ended up in me just signing a felony plea deal witch I really did not want to happen. But I did anyway and I waited my 20-minute timer and wasn't pked until like almost 2 hours from the situation. I really just want it to be reviewed I believe it's unjust for me to continue RP after dying from a bug just to go on pk my character If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hello, Staff Member that banned you here. I reviewed the clip of the incident and also got another opinion from Dutch a Seasoned Administrator regarding the situation. After reviewing the footage and discussing the incident, we both agreed that this was a clear case of RDM. You had no valid reason to initiate the confrontation in the first place. You approached the individual at the ATM and began punching them despite them having done nothing to you. By doing this you effectively baited them into responding and escalating the situation. You then further escalated the incident by shooting both individuals after provoking the confrontation. There was no reasonable escalation leading up to the shooting, making your killings unjustified. Your previous history was also taken into consideration when determining the punishment. You currently have 4 previous RDM offences (even after I gave you a second chance and didn’t ban you) and 2 previous Improper Escalation offences. Given the repeated offences, your punishment was reflected based on your POs. After reviewing the clip, consulting Dutch and taking your previous offences into consideration, I believe the punishment issued was appropriate.

It was mentioned IC, you mentioned money during the sit down but changed it to “We’ll take the company clothing” or whatever you said. The reason we were threatening you was because you aren’t going to demand money from us and then threaten to kill one of us lol.

I joined the city and behind Kingston you and santiago Lopez who is your real life friend and i discussed the situation. You both told me to hide my character and i told you to your face that i was going to hide, then lied to you, took everything into my own hands and did what i had to do for my own safety During the Civil War you begged me not to give your name to anyone and to deny knowing anything about you whenever people asked. On top of that you also told me over Discord to leave you all of my money and valuable items, wait for around 2 to 3 weeks, possibly a month and that you would somehow transfer the items back to me during that time. You also told me that if you became Don during that period, you would bring me back into the family. If you are really going to tell the truth about everything i think you should mention this as well You were playing both sides and now that you feel guilty and regretful, you are trying to take responsibility for everything and resolve the situation And honestly i dont know how you guys expect the UA to approve something like this without reviewing everything and determining the necessary conditions first. You are trying to turn this into an OOC matter at every opportunity and find any possible way around the situation

I was apart of this situation thats why im commenting. Pilgrim in no way shape or form do I think you are a bad person, but do your job better. Checking logs would show that we did proper escalate the situation. They were talking shit running their mouths, I started the escalation by punching the fella who was running his mouth. His homies popped out and started shooting us, therefore this was a VERY BASIC self defense case, turned into a 7 day ban. + the details he mentioned above, we recently had a sitdown with them, and got nowhere. Crazy work right here. Hopefully this gets looked at the right way, he does not deserve a ban for this.

Quando Mcgriff here, the guy that metagamed noirs pk orders to him in a discord vc. Here is the truth to why this is happening. I went dumb and skitzo'd out thinking it was Quandos Time to die, so i hopped in a discord VC with Noir and told him whats happening. Alot of People know that by know that i metagamed all the information to noir, i can testify that noir had no IC Knowledge that he was gonna die, the screenshot above posted by jairzinho is my side and the truth to this, tupac and freeman both died due to metagamed information, along with yuri and nathan black, 4 individuals that got killed over metagamed information, none of this would be happening right now if i simply didnt metagame the information to Noir. i hope this solves everything, and im in hopes of everyone involved in dying getting unpked due to my mistake. if anyone says that i am lying, believe what you want, this is my truth.
