Hello, firstly, it was never stated in the Don's orders that you were killed because of your race. The reasoning given was that you had expressed interest in leaving the family and had sided with the opposing faction during the coup that was taking place. While you may have genuinely been negotiating for permission to leave, this is the mafia. Deception and betrayal are part of that roleplay, and they are allowed to lie about their intentions. In this case, you approached them about leaving, they led you to believe it was possible, and ultimately decided to kill you instead. The following excerpt from the PK guidelines outlines just this: "CAUTION: This is the MAFIA, the don can LIE to you about having permission to leave, they can tell you you may leave, lowering your guard, and once you do, have you killed for leaving the faction. They have the same 2 weeks left orders timer to do so. "They gave me permission to leave but I didn't leave and they still pk'ed me" This falls under don's orders and by requesting to leave you demonstrated to the Don you are not committed to the faction, thereby giving him valid reason and suspicion to place don's orders against you."

Hello banning admin here- You participated in a mugging with another individual and unfortunately that individual decided to shoot and kill the victim. Harming the victim in a mugging deems it a fail mug to which means you participated in a fail mug. I gave you your options of either taking it as a warning and learning opportunity and to just give the guy his stuff back or face the consequences of either a pk or ban. Since you were adamant on not giving the victim everything back and rather lose your character over it i decided to ban you. You participated in a fail mug and you’re mugging on a character you stated you don’t care about. I suggest taking this time to read the mugging rules, find value in your characters life if you’re trying to contribute any sliver of role play to the server, and find a better partner in crime. Can you explain who this other person is then? Clearly you know each other if it's not an alt because you both share bank accounts and you've traded this "other person" very large amounts of money across multiple of your characters. Regardless of whether you intented to alt you have very clearly been using this account to transfer items and money between characters. Your ban is well deserved.
