Hi, Looking at the full detail of this case, and having liaised with the banning staff and members of UA - to me, you have not met the burden of proof to show that you were not aware or involved. You were involved with a mass char abuse scheme. When the bans began, you sprinted to the property where the abuse was happening to grab all of the drugs, hiding them in your personal stash. Worth noting is that your character was connected to the more than 10 bank accounts being used to store the products of the mass char abuse, so it would appear you were aware this was a rule break as you attempted to avoid the risk of losing your gains by using your stashes. With a large record of ~30 collective notes and bans, I find it hard to believe you could be ignorant to such blatant rule breaking. When you have a hand in the process of the char abuse, watch it happen first hand, and attempt to further profit from the operation once the bans roll in on everyone else - you still somehow never believed it to have been wrong? It is just not feasible to me. I believe the ban you received is relatively forgiving if anything.

I do think you actually tried on the app. I just don't think it's where it should be, the grammer is a bit rough and could use work. Although I think your motives and ideas could be a good addition I also think a cartel would be a great addition, adding more to the diverse factions on the server. I would revise the application and fix the little mishaps if that's done I'd gladly give a +1 but for now its a -1.

I first started playing Diverge quite a few months ago, and over the course of a year, I had an absolutely great time playing. Being a crime char, and even being staff for a time, led to me making some unforgettable buddies who I still speak with to this day. I built a pretty solid reputation as a crime char first, and then honestly expanded on that as a staff member. My char (The honorable Timm Caputo) unfortunately got his shit blown off recently and now has a... more embarrassing reputation, but prior to that, he was a lawyer, and I had good relations with most of the factions and quite a bit of the HC. After becoming staff, I made a PD char around the same time, and went into detectives as a corporal from patrol, and I'd say Maurice is equally as well known, honestly, I wasn't *too* harsh. was a part of many events, and has brought a lot of people together, I would hope they remember me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: One of my favorite moments was early on my crime char, I was driving a Dodge Diplomat around with some Takahashi people and hit a barrel roll over a police stop without even knowing it was there. The absolute best part was messaging people afterwards with my POV, and getting their POV's since I wasnt aware they saw it. Was Spectacular. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: A few have before, I'm not sure if I need to ask again, but on my last application, I had Ace, Boosted, Dong, DopeAsRoe, and Lunar, Sean, Animator, Shauning, Calink, and Z6, along with a few others, I believe. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd wait a minute to see if someone else claimed the ticket, if not I would swap over (aslong as im not in something active) and claim and handle the sit. If I was in an active scenario, just ask someone else to claim it before the guy leaves or something. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd just passively gather everything that they've been doing, and reach out to someone higher or make a staff report. Along with asking anyone who's been on the receiving side for their input/evidence. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd try and get someone else to handle it first, if it's not possible, and even though I know them, I'm gonna proceed normally. As much as I enjoy my buddies, nobody gets special treatment, twin. Any situation involving someone you know can seem like it's biased from an outside perspective, which is why it's honestly just better to ask someone else to handle the sit. --------------------------------------------------------- Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff.
