In case you didn't read it thoroughly, hear ya go. "Cars can be towed: after an arrest, illegal parking, stolen" I'm sure there would have to be evidence that the person who parked illegally did so in order to get their car towed. It would mostly be utilized for after arrests, only retard low life cops would genuinely tow over illegally parked cars unless there was an argument between the cop and player.

I haven't played for a long time in 1980's but I cannot lie, the short amount of time spent in 1980s, is 100 times better than mostly every single server in Gmod. I'm not also faulting anyone else but me, even though I was a new player, I should not have been going around killing people for no good reason and ultimately ruining peoples RP experience. I deeply regret this and wish I could see the day where I can play this server again. It truly is a great server. Why should you be unbanned? Upon being unbanned, I will read through the rules(again) to ensure this does not happen ever again and associate myself with better people. I really miss this city and will do everything in my power to toe the line and follow the rules of the server correctly. Make a pvp server so everyone can constantly fight each-other like its COD. Bad ass you can select maps like, Legrande, PD, Little Israel, Little Italy, Little Colombia and many more badass maps. You could also make some badass Skins that everyone can pay for like notorious characters like Jake Grant, Jake Grant Detective, Jake Grant Mayor, Commissioner Jake Grant. Flamingo (Make him a bit chubby), Romullus. Add some bad ass gun skins that you could work towards with progression!!!!!!!!! Finally add some cool as Vehicles like the iconic Helicopter and the massive insurgency car!!! Also add anti cheat

I understand the character being pk'd for metagame. I do not understand this shipment/non rp on this character. He was my main char before a bunch of IC fed stuff happened, I have around 300 hours on him, and he's the oldest character I have as of now. Like what @Bullets said, I've bought a shit ton of shipments (guns, weed, oil, etc.), I don't understand what you searched through to see me "not ordering any shipments"

Not really involved but I can add some information about the character, it was an actual character he's had for a decent time and has bought tons of shipments in the past, enough to get him nearly life in prison when he got arrested a couple months ago

Good Evening, It came to our attention that you had participated in a mugging recently in which you were in a discord VC, within that discord VC, a staff member who I will not name here gave you IC information that the guy you were going to mug had a weapon. When confronting the staff member about this situation, they admitted to being in the same VC and giving you IC information via their staff char. Not only was the pk due to the metagaming during the VC, looking at this char, we noticed you had not ordered shipments or done any RP on the char, leading to the assumption of a mugging char.

Police can tow vehicles and bring them to an impound lot, cars despawn when brought to impound lot. Individuals whose cars were towed can interact with an NPC and pay a fee to get their cars back. Cars can be towed: after an arrest, illegal parking, stolen. Time could be increased before despawning because police would be despawning vehicles themselves.

The situation you are describing is not related to the ban, the reason for the ban is for the situation where you were on your Bonannno char, then switch over to your cop char just to go look at someone's ID who had been arrested. Reason for ban: Metagame Length of ban: 3 days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm disputing because its pretty retarded I was banned for the lightest amount of "metagame" considering I've been playing this server for nearly 2 years and only have been noted for metagame once because I identified a mugger without having IC knowledge of it being him and that was a year ago so I don't really understand why I was hit with this out of the blue. Why should you be unbanned? I'm pretty sure this is about the situation with myself and the Jewish folk, I sent a full clip to Byte about the situation and it had me logging into my character, and talking in discord for like 5 seconds with some buddies that are LITERALLY PERMA BANNED and are on a whole different RP game, once I started speaking with Rain and his friends I deafened immediately to actually play the game. I wasn't conveying any information that might benefit my situation, the only thing that would even be related in the slightest to the server is the fact that my friend I was whitelisting was talking about suits in the VC. I don't really see how this could be in any way metagame. The entire reason I was on the server was to whitelist my friend and then get off, I got into a gun fight with Rain and lost so I grabbed a gun from my ATM and logged off. no one wants conflict. as soon as you start loitering, mugging, or picking fights it always immediately becomes an OOC or staff issue. no one wants to lose their virtual money or clothes.

I totally agree with that. At the end of the day the PK system is abused more often than not. Of course people won't want to lose the characters that they spent days and weeks grinding on, but the system makes it so people are deathly(literally) afraid of any conflict cause they can get got. It just leaves to the RP getting stagnant. At the end of the day, exactly what @Thomassaid. No PKs or Temporary PKs as long as wars last, the winners get a reward and after the war only the reward remains. There's literally no problem to "Arcade-ifying" the conflicts. People are already rich, everyone already has an equal opportunity to make wealth for the most part, it would be a perfect opportunity to make more money out of RP.
