+1 Needs to be added, current ooc blasts stuff that your saying like discord invites outside the walls

I don't want to have to use languages to say OOC shit privately near people. My character is not saying or thinking those things. I propose implementing an Out of Character Whisper so we can exchange sensitive information/reminders OOCly to people near us that others cannot overhear and abuse for metagame/abuse. Things like "pager"(Discord) invites are primarily what I'm thinking but there are other examples I can't drum up on the spot. Please consider, my friends. Thank you all for reading.

You lockpicked several rooms / doors in The Continental and the same company's apartment above their restaurant all within 5-10 minutes. This is considered mass raiding and I find it sketchy that you were the only one to make an appeal, not your friend who has notes from the past which tells me he's had several opportunities to read the rules and inform the people he's playing with what those rules are so he himself, as well as the people he plays with, don't get in trouble. I can't get on board with the "I'm the innocent one with no priors I shouldn't have been punished for breaking the same rules" narrative. Against a reversal but this isn't my call.

Me and a friend raided a hotel and some other places last night. It says NITRP but we were breaking into places as petty thieves. We had a whole junk shop we would sell and trade the stuff we stole. And I'm confused about the mass raiding but I can kind of understand. Me and my friend didn't just go back to back we waited a few minutes. We were planning stuff out instead of just barging into buildings. I dont know the exact time i waited but we did wait. Gotcha, its just a bit confusing legality wise, its illegal to possess attachments without an attachment stamp/be a felon, but the gateway (buying from the NPC) is accessible to everyone. I think it causes unnecessary law breaking for those who are new/don't know the law. "Well how am I supposed to know, the NPC let me buy it!"

gas canisters already exist i see no point not to add this mega +1 kinda solves but not entirely the "cars being abused for mingery" giving cops a new edge potentially to deal with constant police baiters

+1 i fuck with this hard, as a man that gets into police chases every so often, its boring not getting caught, and its funny to see them find you and chase you after 30 minutes this also adds rp scenarios for alot of things like being late to meetings or meet ups because your car runs out of gas being a taxi and having to fill up your car with gas often while you have passengers etc etc
