I don't believe should be Perma banned honestly and I have never seen someone get banned because they have multiple notes how should notes effect the situation. And just because people sometimes want to do something fun in the server instead of grinding because he's done a lot of that he owns multiple whitelist he's high command in a faction how can he be seen as a minge and also most of his bans are from when he just started playing his last ban was in march 5 months ago he may have had notes since then but notes aren't bans I just hope this can have some positive effect on the situation thanks for your time.

You were set active due to having orders on you from your faction's high command, I then deemed the orders were valid and worthy enough for a perma kill on your character. Hey there I was the PKing staff. You were set offline pk active a few days ago. The reasons given were not fulfilling an internal faction agreement, lying to the faction and not paying faction dues. The evidence given for suspected cheats I'm not going to get into and is not directly part of your character appeal. Cheating is wrong and will get you banned, If you have evidence, please file a player report and it will be looked into. This is not the proper forum to explore such a sensitive issue and it will not be commented on in a character appeal.

+1 I know that I’m permaed myself and haven’t had the best interactions with him recently, but the perma ban seems a little egregious. The dude is a good guy and most of my rp experiences on Diverge come from him and a couple other people. He’s a good and legit rper. He embodies the biker/gunslinger archetype The majority of his bans come from when he was a new player. He’s changed his ways immensely. I feel it’s unfair to add on previous bans. I believe what would be best is to give him one more chance and make this a couple week ban. A perma is too much imo considering what other people have done and got a slap on the wrist free my boy axel trigger will be free

I also don't directly go out of my way to try and force my name out there, I want my name to grow naturally over time. I want people to form their own options about me. But those who know me know that I am a solid, reliable guy that is always there for those around him. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I don't have a specific moment that I can put down. But I can say that all of the late night/middle of the night moments that happen in the city. A lot of unique personalities and moments at these times, they always give me a good chuckle. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation and inquire about why the situation happened. Next I would see if a ticket has already been made, if one has, I would help out by passing the clip to the member of staff who took the ticket. If there is no staff around to take the ticket and/or they are busy with something else, I would make one final attempt to get someone else to take the case. If not I would take the case and issue out the appropriate punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence (clips) of this staff member discreetly. Once I feel I have gathered enough evidence I would send it up the chain of command, being available to provide any and all information I have collected. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would see if there was any other staff around to take the ticket, as your unconscious does wild things. If there were not other staff that could take it, I would proceed like it was any other ticket. I would get both sides to the story with any attached clips that either side provides. I will go over the information given and give a fair and honest punishment based on what was provided.
