For your situation, whether it was a false arrest or not is generally handled IC via court hearings or IA reports. If it was powergame it would be a staff issue and the proper response would be to make a ticket, not attempt to RDM the officer for a misdemeanor arrest. At the end of the day, you started a violent conflict with police and lost which has resulted in your character being PKd. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

It was OOC information usage - if you look at the conversations that were in "gov chat" you will understand that these were OOC conversations only. I even talk about the fact that the staff allowed me to change my name. And I deleted the message in IC straight away, so they didn't even see it. So why exactly did they PK me? incomprehensible...... Actually for no reason, and following information from OOC - which actually proves MG here

This could lead to police investigations and other sorts of legal trouble which is why they had you killed. You accept the risks when you join a criminal faction and should read their faction rules when you join to avoid situations like this.

I messaged you because you asked people to make drugs with you in our ic-general chat as seen below Knowing you were a returning player I tried to be helpful about you not making dumb decisions,. as you can see from the times you obviously know what message I was referring to because you deleted it 2 minutes after. I would say this is a decent application, only real things Im concerned about is your play time as I am not able to confirm when you first joined. Afaik being inactive for a long enough time will reset your play time. Also the application makes me feel like your doing an ad for skittles.

There are some other parts of the long answer questions that could be touched on, but for the most part they show you understand, but they are just short and to the point. However the part I quoted, Ill give you the same advice I had given on another application. Say the ticket is made by someone you dont know and the person who RDMd is your friend, youve already taken the ticket, how would you proceed without holding a biased opinion? These types of tickets do happen and knowing how to handle them in a unbiased manner is important.

You have been banned. Whether you did this intentionally or not, these bans were over 3 years ago, so if you didnt remember thats understandable. These questions are to invoke critical thinking on how you would handle the situation. There will be times when you are in RP, and other staff are AFK/handling other tickets. How would you proceed, there is no bias if you are not involved, or someone you may know is not involved. I get where your coming from, so lets rephrase your in RP and an RDM ticket pops up how would you handle the situation. Same question but is a little more clear on what we are actually asking you and trying to get you engaged in. Just some food for thought that could help you elaborate on this. There will be times when you take a ticket from someone you dont know, and the person that RDMd or rule broke, is someone you know or a friend. Ive had a few tickets like that through the years. Its good that you want to be an unbiased staff member, but sometimes your gonna end up in situations where you may have a bias and you'll need to work through that and to make sure your verdict doesnt hold any bias.

Not sure how slowly rolling backwards indicates that I was trying to hit him, but okay. I reversed because I had crashed into the barrier trying to get out of the pd, and I had to reverse. the car, having a lot of power rolled far. and I had to take my hands off the keyboard for a few seconds, and that's why I did not stop myself from rolling. I thought he would have given me more verbal warning except for saying "your getting arrested". I may have said that he stated that "You are going to get arrested", But I meant it as he said, "you are getting arrested". Like I said, he didn't tell me to leave or warn me at all, and he just pulled me out of the car. If I had known he was going to do that I would have left a lot sooner.. so I still think this was an unfair PK.

You state in the second part that he gave you no warning and then in your main complaint you wrote that he said, "You are going to get arrested".. In my personal opinion I would have begun to leave at that point in which for the 2ND part of this, you wrote you were trying to leave before he kicked you out while in the video it shows you reversing almost into him when he kicked you out, You could have left instead of doing that.

But he was trying to power trip and arrest me for no fucking reason without giving any attempted verbal communication? sorry for my profanity but I have had that character for over 3 years and I'm pissed because a probie couldn't give a verbal warning...? Howdy thank you for re-submitting your appeal in the correct location. As you may or may not know, starting a violent confrontation with PD and dying will lead to being PKd. In the clip you are attempted to be detained after which you fired upon the probie and ultimately died to the probie. There are no questions of rule breaks in this scenario, you chose to pull a gun on an officer and fire at him and ultimately paid the price. Its not FailRP because the probie kicked you out of the vehicle and attempted to taze you which you responded with violence.
