I was defending a home invasion, the officer started shooting first and I reacted. How is that considered me starting VCWP?

I think NLR had to be broken very much here, upon viewing the clips, I saw that guy with the backwards cap and kutte on standing and hanging around that area right before the cops fired off their guns, I even radioed I see someone that shouldn't have a kutte on that has it on and describe that 4 way intersection by the townhouse close towards PD. The timeline of clips matches up with him or someone breaking NLR, and possibly making some noise by that town house bring attention to them in way that wouldn't happen in a IC way. I know for a fact I could have only saw the guy in the clip after he "died". It seems like he was intentonally hanging around that area to put some advantageous info that NLR should have 100% applied towards. The cops most likely would have never shown up if they didnt try to break NLR simple as that.

Hello. I sent my response and got a score of 33/43 or about 77% rounded. Some were ambiguous. For example, I got two FearRP questions wrong. Question 6 where there is a total of 5 people in one image and many people aiming guns at each other I got wrong. There's also one where someone has a literal gun pointed at their face but the other person has his gun on safety is somehow not FearRP. I got the messaging for a lawyer through discord is metagaming, wrong. And people purposely drowning for evading arrest, I remember people used to just do that non-stop to get out of police, in fact so did I thinking it was not, I guess they just never made a ticket. Hi, PKing admin here! So let us break this down piece by piece. First, as you claimed in the sit and now here, you think NLR was broken. When you told me this during the sit, I investigated who had called the police. The person who had called the police was not in the townhouse at any point with you. They were one of the many bystanders you had outside of the house at the beginning of your conflict where you RDMd two people. They called the police with the exact phrasing being "/911 break in at TH1" and was placed just outside of the house, in the street between the lucky lady and the shop on the corner. (4604.403809,9168.859375,139.273941) This person was not anyone in the house that you killed, and they were even originally calling for the person who was noted from prop surfing trying to get into your bathroom window. Once the person was in the bathroom window, they opened fire on cops who were trying to detain them for breaking in. Now this is what leads into the interaction that led to your PK. The officer who PK'd you was the officer shot at. Whether the guy in the bathroom was with you or not, this was never confirmed, it gave the officer every right to enter the house. When he did, you and your partners all opened fire on the officer starting the VCWP. You and one other eventually lost the gunfight. Your third killed the officer and escaped the scene. When reviewing the clip again, there is no clipping, there is very fluid tracking with the laser and tracers appear to be following the path they're supposed to be. I understand wanting to make every argue you can to save your character, but there is no proof of hacking to be found here. So, due the fact there was no foul play in the 911 call, others had every right to enter the property, and there is no signs of hacking, you were PK'd for starting a VCWP.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: How this whole thing went down it just feels like some NLR was broken. We killed all three guys, should've pked the one who didn't comply to the mugging. Shortly after there was noise in the bathroom, someone opened the window and came in, then gunfire and tazers went off. The house had the door kicked in and the officer (Garcia) shot me and killed me. The alley way next to the town house had shooting involved and then the officers kicked down the door. As soon as I see officer Garcia I was instantly gunned down. It felt a little fishy the way he snapped onto me. The person we were trying to mug and should've ended up dead, however there is a high chance the person who we mugged and killed called the cops on us using nlr information to fuck us over. More so, it's possible his two bodyguards broke nlr and tried to use meta information to bait the police into the situation. In a fashion that wasn't organic in nature. So if I do the same thing while not in a faction then I can't be pk'd for illegally selling guns?

Hello, I'm the admin who oversaw the PK. You were PKed for "illegally selling guns while being told not to do anything illegal" using the faction's racket, and overall bringing heat to the faction. When joining a criminal faction you accept the risks that come with it and that includes being PKed for violating the code of conduct.

Turns out the person I was speaking to was an admin and I was shot without warning or any knowledge of why, I could even argue fail rp because there was no confrontation proceeding the death. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Took too long to clip it after being in pure shock for over a minute.

Hello! So, first let me be sure to clarify something again. We do not and will not support vigilante RP. We have stated this many times but, again, vigilante RP is not a thing. You can’t sit on a roof and punish those you see fit. You can’t assist cops in PKing people fleeing from them. You’re not Batman, you’re a criminal. Second, while you may argue you didn’t know the cop was in there, that doesn’t matter. You actively chose to target and shoot a marked police car. When you did that and you hit an officer, you began the violent confrontation with police. Which ended in your death as officers on the other side of the street clearly saw you and quickly dispatched you. I wish you the best in your endeavors on future characters, but I highly suggest you stop the vigilante RP before it becomes a larger issue. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.
