Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.

You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Reason for PK: Getting killed by some1 who had the name of some1 i pk'd

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:  Bc the people that killed me are metagaming . Before I provide the evidence i'd like to give a few points that are a little interesting to me about this whole situation. First of all, when tupac was pk'd (piddy) he was sitting on a bench AFK with a different outfit and mask than Andy had ever seen him in. Which begs the question how the fuck could Andy know he's there? I couldn't tell u. Anyways Madator tries to whitelist me back into the faction after i had been rudely kicked from the wrights whitelist. Somehow, even though I had been recently pk'd it lets me back onto the whitelist, No sure wtf andy is talking about on some exploit shi. 

Fast foward me and Matador are in the pharmacy looking for Andy. After scanning literally every bush on the block and then making 100% sure he wasn't close by we decide to make a break for a car. I go for a car and come to realize that this nigga Andy comes from behind us and blicks my boy Madator down. Which is a lil sus but nothing crazy, anyways I walk that nigga down and then mid shootout some genovese niggers roll up and witness it and slime me. 

Why this looks like meta game, Andy was in a dark alleyway shooting with a mask on, and niggas decide after i kill him to up for him. Keep in mind nobody inspected his body and they only showed up during the shooting and just watched. With this being said no1 could confirm that was him, he was wearing all black in an alleyway with a mask on. With that being said while on the hunt it seems that he changed his playermodel with surgery. I find it interesting that a Genovese guy would know that was Andy while he was on the run, did they communicate in game after the model switch, who knows. I also find it a little more interesting that while dm'ing the staff member Yugi about this instant, almost instantly after i start sending Yugi my dm's with Andy of him admitting to metagaming, Andy dm's me and asks why im trying to use my dm's to get him banned for metagame. This occured in the same minute btw, and nobody else knew of these screenshots other than me and Yugi, oh yeah and Yugi is genovese the same people that were helping Andy, what a coincidence. I am not accusing Yugi of leaking my dm's and helping Andy, but I think it's definitely something to look at. I fw Yugi and I don't think he would do this but the timing is crazy. I feel like with all the factors involving this pk, it would be a lil wild to keep me in the ground. #freeHansPork

I was hiding on the rooftop of the Imperial building, watching you guys the entire time. One of you was on the rooftop of the Dantino building, another was on top of the Popov building and the third was on the rooftop of the old bar across from the PD

I was watching you from the rooftop even when all five of you raided TH3 together, do i even need to mention that i knew your name, Matador's name and Yakov's name as well?

I wasnt doing anything at the time because i had my PM-9 on me and there were four of you spread across the rooftops. I never metagamed or did anything of that sort, the only reason i told the others that people were DMing me about the situation was because i didnt want you guys to realize i was online and in the city, i was aware that you and a few other civilians were metagaming the entire situation and i reported it to Yugi but the fucking retard wasn't doing anything about it. You were actively hunting me down while you were still a civilian and now you've somehow managed to get back into the faction even though you're supposed to stay out for at least seven days.

(While i was hiding on the Imperial rooftop and watching you guys i also opened a ticket reporting that you had rejoined the Popov WL, Lunar handled the ticket and told me that he would bring the situation to the UA's attention and have it investigated. He can confirm that while all of you were searching for me on the rooftops, i was on a rooftop aswell and watching yall the entire time)

And the funniest part? all of you were doing this while using your own custom WL stuff! Matador was cruising around the city in a green car while wearing a green popov tracksuit and Justfire was in Little Italy with a PPSH in his hands, wearing a Payday mask

I asked him about a dozen times and I have NEVER seen where this originates from, it's photoshopped. The time of the screenshot translated to 3:07 PM, Andy lives in Turkey, PST is 5:07 AM. I was already asleep by that time. 

 

Andy needs to lie and cheat to get ahead, this shit is just pathetic. Look at the font on the supposed "DM" the times font is different than what the normal font for discord is, this is just retarded.

"When tupac was pk'd (piddy)" I'm not entirely sure why Andy shot him. or how he knew to shoot him. However this is a risk you take as a faction when setting someone PK Active. as mentioned in the rules. 

■ Being killed while trying to PK someone. (Which would be Retro but you had set him PK Active to your Faction)

In terms of your character I'd like to bring into question your Playtime and the act of you re joining the faction before the 7 Day period from your Mugging Related PK.

■ You may not create a character for the sole purpose of performing a hit. (Do it on a main/established character)

As it stands though that part isn't important (If you're going to leak dms please leak the full context of the dms)





Back to the main point at hand though

When it comes down to your PK You were killed during the Post 15M After Pking someone. which is why you were Pked. I Attempted to PK You the second i saw you die but clicked the wrong buttons and then both parties made tickets which i took. so i looked into it further. You were killed by someone who knew it was Marco Loop dead on the floor. not only was he in your own PK Clip at 45 Seconds commenting on what was happening but it was ALSO within the 15 Minute period

■ This includes being killed by a third party who is acting in defense of the victim, or a police officer trying to apprehend you, moments after the hit itself takes place. As the hitman your goal is to carry out the hit and escape the area to hide out for next 15 minutes. [You may not disconnect until this minimum timer has expired. You will be PK'ed for LTAP'ing to avoid death]

(Also within your clip you appear to be using a form of gun skins to make it easier to see individuals) Such as Marco Loop within the alleyway leading to his PK. Which could apply to Global Rule 1. Depending on UA's final verdict but i don't think they've come to a decision on skin packs just yet however this clearly gave you an advantage in the shootout above

So many people on the server including moderators and administrators use the wireframe guns. So until a verdict is ruled on those I don't wanna hear nothing about that. And idk wtf ur talking about on exploiting to get back into the faction, Matador legit gave me the option to join back and it worked theres really nothin else to it. Also I find it interesting how you are now coming at me after I have pretty much accused you of metagaming. Didn't hear nothing from you about any of this stuff until I posted the appeal. Seems a little defensive Yugi, for someone who claims they didn't metagame.

I've already explained myself regarding the metagaming accusations, the only reason i DM'd you and made it seem like other people were telling me about the situation was to keep you guys from realizing that my character was online. There's nothing in the server rules stating that lying is prohibited, as ive already said while you guys were searching for me on the rooftops i was already on the Imperial rooftop watching all of you. You weren't even trying to hide yourselves, you were openly looking for me. The fact that I DM'd you saying things like "people are DMing me about this" and asking whether you guys were after me is not proof of metagaming. If anything it proves that i lied to you and successfully deceived you. You would've understood that if you weren't so fucking stupid
