Moderator that originally took the ticket, pierce, took my original failmug ticket and agreed with me

The person who killed me gave me orders while shooting me, and before that gave no time for me to take his orders.

Hello!. I Was one of the staff members who hopped on to sort this out

Long story short. A Moderator took your ticket when they shouldn't have and then deemed it a "Failmug" Incorrectly.

People are MEANT To try to mug you in a Yellow Zone. That's literally how it works. As for the person who gave you orders. The Order was issued from 0:10 7x to "Stop Moving" Then you were ordered to Turn around at 0:14 2x whilst continuing to walk backwards

He then opened fire on you at around the 15/16 second mark which is long enough for you to comply

Not only did you refuse to comply and continue walking backwards whilst looking at the masked individual actively trying to mug you. but you clearly had no intention of complying and did not fear for your characters life in the slightest.

Again. MODERATORS Do not handle Pks So it doesn't matter if he agreed or disagreed with you.

TIMELINE

Mugging Initiated 0:10
Orders were given until 0:15 with you clearly refusing to fear for your life
Mugger opens fire and kills you on the street

Here are also the rules that apply

■ Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death. (Specific Examples of when this applies below)

■ The victim of a mugging may attempt to break Fear RP to retaliate and kill the mugger to PK them, however if they fail and die while breaking Fear RP this can lead to the victim being PK'ed. The person being held under Fear RP should abide by the muggers demands or risk this consequence. Does not apply if Fear RP is not active. (See FearRP rules on server rules page)

1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed.

3. If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react.

9. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging:
- Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them
- Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging
- Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them
