Reason for ban: Powergame

Length of ban: 1 week

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Im appealing because im getting falsely banned for something i didnt do and wasnt even involved in it.

Why should you be unbanned?: i took the leg or arm bone and put it in my atm, later me and my friend went over to palermos and when i walked in i already knew what he was gonna do knowing him. I saw him put the bone behind the counter as i was ordering food at the front counter. Then i saw him get banned and i wasnt worried until i got banned for some reason. I was not involved at all in the powergame as i was simply in the resturaunt ordering food. I did not force anyone in any RP at all. It would be nice if i could be told how i am involved in the powergame.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Check logs if i dropped any bones because i didnt.

You were with him from Recovering the bones to where he dropped them inside the PD Bullpen to where he dropped them inside a faction business and you also said yourself that you already "knew what he was gonna to do" But yet you were still a part of it.

On that note you were both warned for metagame during a mugging not even 30M Ago so i can assume you were probably in VC Together at the time talking about dropping body parts in a business as you were walking everywhere together and weren't talking whilst at the town hall.

And additionally. you mentioned being Pked from Palermo's on the Fishing Docks before Clearly Targeting that Business Together.

This is not an isolated incident; they were in a VC while threatening to PK me for using the bathroom IRL during a gun deal. (I could hear their friend in their mic)

Oh yes because i would want to help him powergame against a fac that pked me from when i first started playing like 6 or 5 months ago

How does me knowing he would do it make me guilty. Its his choice and i didnt make him do it. Yes we were in a VC and he said he would go in and do it.

So two things in response to this. You were both banned as you were both involved in the situation. Just as you were involved in metagaming a mugging like 30m earlier. Where you received a metagame note (I should really extend this for the continued metagame you admitted to)

 

It's the same in my opinion as if you were walking around with someone actively breaking the rules and actively knowing they'd be breaking the rules. With you admitting to being in a VC with him I can't argue that you weren't spurring him on in the moment to do so.

 

Especially with you yourself mentioning that you didn't like the exact business you then targeted.

As he was walking in he told me hes gonna drop it. Give me some kind of evidence of me being guilty.

I never mentioned i didnt like the business lmao like nigga idgaf about genovese who pked me when i first started playing.
