Diverge, and the duality of larp…

Diverge is a very diverse place filled with many different types of people. The Joe Pesci wannabes, the british kids, and even femboys, this server has it all. But what I really want to address is the duality of larp.

On one hand you have a group like the Gambino family, they do a badass ritual just for becoming associate. They put the rp experience before all else. 

On the other, you have people like Codda who want to steal the Ark, Larp KFC, or even people who larp as clown bikers!

One side puts genuine effort into improving the rp experience, while the other side seems to treat the server as if were are in a sandbox or darkrp server.

This is like when immigrants flood into a country and try to change it to accommodate themselves when its them who need to acclimate and adjust to our way of larp. The immigrants are low iq minges, and the citizens are the awesome og larpers. 

Why does this matter? I think it matters because when people move into your home (my home is diverge) and try to fundamentally change the things that make it your home, its giving them an inch to take a mile. If you let these low quality players change the fabric of the server enough then we will become what we tried to separate ourselves from! Darkrp!!

How do we fix this? We must enforce larp like its a hl2 server!! Not just the staff, but you and me!!

i remember pendred saying to one of those diverge troll videos something like “this is why people think we are like darkrp” and i think that pendred would agree with me, wherever he is now

They actually have pretty good internal rp from what i've seen. Some of them dress silly too but
