Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:   My reason to applying for staff is to help make the server better and more fair. A lot of times im online late at night and a lot of times there is no staff online and that brings out a lot of rdm and prop abuse, so me being online late can help prevent that more. I would really like to be staff to be more helpful to the community that I love and to give me more stuff to do when online.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:   You should consider me because I am very active, fair, and easy to get along with. I would be available late at nights when there is usually not a lot of staff online. I am dedicated to this server and take it very seriously so I would like to help be more of impact to the server.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not but I would love to change that
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:  Yes, I have been banned for different reasons like rdm, minge, nitrp. These bans were the past as I have played on and off for 3 years and did not take it as serious as I do now, I have now really locked in on the server and fully understand how the server is and have been dedicated for the past 4-5 months and will continue to do so.I have learned from my mistakes and matured over the time as I have not been banned in a long time.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldnt say im well known like others but I am building reputation more and more as I play. I would say a lot of people have seen me around as I stand out being Mike from Breaking Bad. I would think for the most part people like me, Im very easy to get along with and talkative and always down to meet new people.

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Its hard to say a specific moment that is my favorite. My favorite thing about the server though is the true friendships I have made and will continue to make. I also love all the different people I get to meet from different countries or cultures, as you dont see a lot of that where I am from.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation for evidence. I would see if a ticket has already been made, if one has, I would help out by passing the clip to the member of staff who took the ticket. If there is no staff around to take the ticket and/or they are busy with something else, I would make one final attempt to get someone else to take the case. If not I would take the case and issue out the appropriate punishment.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather all evidence I could like a clip. I would then send all evidence I have collected through chain of command.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would let another staff member take the ticket if available just to stay on the safe side. If no other staff is available I would take the ticket and handle it like I would any other ticket. I would be fair and give the appropriate punishment regardless if they are in my faction or my friend, as it is nothing personal just part of being staff.
