Reason for ban: Fell over after being tazed let them cuff me after i got up also asked why i couldnt do it sent ticket in general with ticket showing i didnt know and let the cops arrest me 

Length of ban:1 week (7days)

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I didnt know it was against the rules that I couldnt rp falling over from a tazer (like irl) and then let them arrest me and I'm sorry

Why should you be unbanned? as stated above it says i was banned for NITRP but thats not true because i fully wanted to RP the arrest there was no reason to run from it on a (have fun char)

Hi, I am the administrator who issued your ban.

The very first thing I saw when I got on my staff character (while in no-clip) was an individual with the character name, "Supreme Top Shotta". After getting closer, I heard you blasting music to the tune of "I am the Supreme Top Shotta" (or something along those lines). As this was clearly a violation of the rules as you are not allowed to spam audio in your microphone or use soundboards in addition to your name violating the rules, I gagged you for 15 minutes (5 PO's for Mic Spam) and prompted you with a name change (which you did not comply with).

After issuing the gag, not even 5 minutes later, a ticket was made for FailRP. After receiving the clip from the individual who made the ticket, you clearly used the /fallover command while being placed into handcuffs with no feature of /me which led me to the conclusion that you had done it maliciously as if you truly had been attempting to roleplay the situation and use the command to "fall over ICly", you would have at the VERY least provided a /me saying something along those lines.

Considering both the numerous previous offences of the same type, your character name being "Supreme Top Shotta", the failure to comply with a name change prompt and your general lack of roleplay, I issued a ban for No Intent to Roleplay (NITRP) for 1 week.

it wasnt maliciously it was ICly since i asked why i couldn't do it u could've explained it to me in a sit but u didnt also the song was time accurate since i made it with a 90s beat/flow its also going to be added on cassette lmao I never failed RP because if u look at the clip u will see i didn't know that was against the rules also i stopped and let them arrest me afterwards u went OTT on the ban its okay u could've done ur job better.

As a player with a large amount of notes and bans, and a lot of them recently for micspam, soundboard etc. I think the combination of continued micspamming, choosing a failname for your char and then abusing a relatively well-known mechanic justified a ban.

That being said, you did allow yourself (for the most part) to be cuffed afterwards, and continue the arrest RP. I will give you benefit of the doubt that you did not understand that would be a rulebreak.

You need to read up on our server rules and improve your general behavior when you are online - you have extensive notes and bans over a long period of time, and your bans will only be getting longer from here.
