Reason for PK: Attracting Attention

Why should you be unPK'd?: I think I should be unPK'd because I didn't really bring heat, I acidentally clicked on a cop when he was ragdolled on the floor, He died? and I was arrested. I was being charged with involuntary manslaughter then aggravated battery then the AO didn't want to go to court and make it Battery for 10 years - a misdemeanor. I got out of prison and went AFK because it was 5AM, I wake up and click on my character to see he's dead. It was fully a accident and all I got for it was a misdemeanor

What server rule or PK rule was violated? Bringing heat to a Faction

Hello!

The guy who was given orders is asleep currently but i was filled in on the situation last night after the fact. as you stated the reason of your death was in fact bringing heat to the faction, a few hours prior to your death you were brought to us from Kosher to temp with us. 

Within the first few hours on our WL you brought heat to an allied factions property and you managed to pick up a felony arrest.

Which is where the bringing heat to the faction part comes in. After hearing about the incident Kosher did not want you back and gave us approval for your death and so we took that opportunity.

Quite frankly your actions are not something we want around us.

I understand, but I didn't get a felony and It was unintentional and has now caused the fire, and blacklist from multiple factions

again You had killed a person while under our WL for no apparent reason bringing heat to our fac, to add on you did this on/very close to an allied factions property right in front of cops and for you to do this you would physically have to pull your fists out pick the person up and throw them on to the ground, which to me that sounds completely intentional. we don't want this type of heat from anyone in our WL both then and now, but best of luck on your appeal

As I said, I didn't have a reason as I didn't know left clicking on him with my fists out would kill him, and there was no throwing, I simply tapped my mouse twice while looking at him and his body randomly spazzed out and died. A small accident which has caused my pk and blacklist
