Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to be more involved in helping people out on the server, I'm usually on pretty late and notice not many staff are on this late or are available. I want to help provide more consistency to getting help and to clean up the server late at night from the 3 am rdm/vdmers. I've stuck around diverge for a while and want to take this opportunity to give back.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I should be considered due to my perseverance, I've done some rather unorthodox things on this server and got plenty of hate for it but I've always pushed through it and stuck around. Even with this I've never crashed out and tried to go out of my way to start drama or target people. I'm good at keeping a clear mind and not letting this affect my judgement.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No real experience other than random gmod star wars servers that die instantly
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I was banned for rdm once but it was removed right after, other than that I just have some notes from when I wasn't on my best behavior and acted irrationally 
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am pretty well known for my time in the NYPD as Detective Tim Burr after my entire "snitching" arc after coming back from rudaj. After that I'm more known as Matisse Popov. I can say that Jamal Lee thinks of me as a drooler. I'm not 100% sure on my reputation as of now due to how much I've changed recently with stepping into the Popov Underboss spot
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I really enjoyed the forensic work back in Detectives after the coup that happened in napoli. Spent an hour picking up evidence and roughly 10 bodies. Enjoyed the paperwork larp that came with it and the system

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I handle this like any normal player and make a ticket on them to get a uninvolved staff member, if one is unavailable I will ask someone who isn't online for their opinion and go based off that.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd simply just record each instance of this and forward it to a staff report or a higher up 
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket as my idea of them not doing this is already bias in itself

+1 this guy probably knows the rules better than anyone else. Successful went from Crim HC to CI to Detective to corrupt cop to crim HC on one char without being validly PKed. They sure tried (twice) that takes some knowledge to do shit correctly like that.
