What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation/reason for applying is I am on during early hours almost everyday and there is no staff on or the ones who are on are not taking tickets. When I'm on I see minging, NLR breaks and other things and you make a ticket than it'll be a hour till the ticket is taken and they do these things until the ticket is taken. I am putting in this application because I may have only been playing actively for 6 months but diverge has improved the fun I have had over these months and I hope to make a change. *
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Some of the reasons why I should be chosen over other candidates is my activity I am on during the early hour where many staff are not on. Another reason why I should be chosen over other candidates is I want to improve the rp in this server I dislike seeing people get on and just ruin peoples time by minging or other things.  *
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have previous staffing experience but I feel like this could be my next step into different things
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned a couple times on diverge maybe twice to my memory but I feel I have come a far way from that point especially after reading the rules.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I do not believe that I am known very well in the server. I have a couple close friends that I hang out with. I feel like I have a decent reputation to the people that I know. *
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment on diverge was watching my IC dad hang himself because he was tired of crim rp.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I clip it and use in game staff messaging to tell another staff member what happened and give them the clip, if there is no other staff on i make a player report in the forums
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: When i see a fellow staff member abusing i clip it and make a staff report in the forums
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I have another staff member take the ticket even if i know he does not do this often or when i play with him. Taking a ticket of someone you are friends with or is in your faction can be a very biased opinion towards the other person.
