Reason for blacklist (if given): "Putting Boulders on your car after being told to stop"

Why should it be returned?: Honestly not even a big deal. I just put a boulder on top of my van and drove it around town. Asked monaclu why, told me "because I said so." I genuinely dont think it was a big deal, just drove with a boulder on top of my car. No one died, no one got hurt, I didn't really see a rule on it and its not really prop minge. I think this is just a case of monaclu powertrip/egotrip, not new.

I know this seems like its just monaclu hatemail but its not a totally unfair assessment imo. Dude didnt elaborate, just gave an egotistical reply and walked away.

I found a boulder in the street, on a guys car, and you were driving around with a boulder on your car. I told you to stop, told you I gave you a note and said that you would lose pet flags the next time  you did that. You then proceeded to do it again immediately.

What that guy did to his car is his business, just like what I do to mine is my own. And why do you care so much? its not even against the rules, your just being inconsiderate of others for what? Because you don't like rocks? im sorry you had a terrible experience with rocks which drove you to be a boulder-nazi but what I was doing wasnt against the rules, and I didn't put a boulder on that guys car, since you so nicely cared to accuse me of in the ban message. 

Beats me, but i've seen the rules on props, theres nothing prohibiting it.

Im sorry that I went off on you in the first iteration of this post, but I legitimately don't get it. Why can't I drive around with a boulder on MY car if I want too? As long as theres no valid rule against it, and its not negatively affecting others, it shouldn't be a problem.

Are you actually slow? If a staff member tells you not to do something why do you keep doing it? I personally witnessed you trying to get permission from other staff members to continue after Monaclu had already told you not to. Are you okay? Why would any seasoned administrator randomly have a problem with you?

Following staff instructions and respecting the rules really should not be this difficult lil bro he explained exactly what would happen if you continued, like he was explaining it to a child and you still chose to continue. The admin you are talking about is a retired UA which stepped down from UA to become a Seasoned Admin by his own choice, he was also one of the people who helped write and establish most of the rules on the server so if he tells you not to do something there is probably a good reason behind it dumbass
