Hello, I am the guy who PKed you. The reason for your PK was basically FearRP. We were both in a yellow zone, I pointed my gun at you and gave you orders multiple times. I told you to put your hands up and follow me but instead of listening you ignored me and tried to run away like nothing was happening

If someone is pointing a gun at you and giving you orders, you are expected to follow them. If you refuse and try to run away they have the right to kill you. Staff reviewed the clips and the situation and decided and issued your PK

Hey, im the Administrator who issued the PK. You broke FearRP after someone pulled a gun out on you in a yellow zone and gave you several orders. He told you to put your hands up and follow you but you decided to run away and ignore the orders.

If it does help at all, I had the clip reviewed and double checked by 2 other admins+. Though, I cannot make a final decision on the appeal.

Hello, as the pking admin stated, you were walking on the sidewalk and had a gun pulled on you and were given demands to follow him into an alleyway. This is fearRP. Instead of following him you walked away from the situation despite clearly hearing this demands. This constitutes as you breaking FearRP and can result in your character being PKd.

The mug/fear rp initiation its self is fine and no break was done there. Attacker started it in a yellow zone with no witnesses around and attempted to properly lead you into a zone he’s allowed to zip tie in.

I strongly recommend you read through the PK rules to get a firm grasp on what situations could result in your character being permanently killed.
