Chop shops and corrupt cops

Tbh I'd like some more options to make some quick cash as a criminal and I'd love for corrupt cops to play more roles within the server so here are a few things I'd personally love to see

Criminal quick cash method
- Chop shop

Either a chop shop or even a stolen car export place could be really cool for our favourite criminal faction (Citizens of new york) and others to make some easy cash, I think a few pre-requisits should be followed instead of just a quick one and done though for balancing (Can't make money TOO fast in diverge and without risk)

First, of course, the car can only be sold if you do NOT have the other persons F3, this would be to prevent people from just chopping their friends car and making free money.

Second, The car should be reported stolen. This one may not be the best pre-requisite but I think it would add more risk to you stealing someone's car.

Third, There should be a timer that goes off from when you steal the vehicle to when you sell it, something short like maybe 3 minutes, but this gives the cops SOME time to look for you. 

Fourth. Selling the car should also have a short timer, mainly for balancing reasons, RP reason could be that you're loading the car into a container or a car smasher, I think this could be done through the C menu when looking at the car. 

Fifth. You can only sell cars you lockpick into. I feel like this one may ruffle some feathers, but picklocks cost money, I don't think a minge should have the ability to yoink a car someone forgot to unlock, go for a joyride then sell it off. 

Sixth. Payment should decreased based on the damage to the car, like if its red engine with 2 tires missing, they should only give you like a  crisp 20 dollar bill and tell you to fuck off, when a car thats in pristine condition should be rewarded with a higher % of the cars value at the car shop (Custom cars would kinda be busted in this.)

Now, for corrupt cop RP 

I think there should be some sort of flag that corrupt cops receive (Since its all UA approved anyways) which would give them access to more criminal related NPC's (Such as the sewer NPC but not the drug NPC's) 

This flag would also be used to obtain a false uniform which could be used by criminal organizations to do PK's or gain access to otherwise restricted area's (Gov mansion?) For the uniform, I think it should be a traded item like the ballistic vest, but the items need to be obtained by the criminal organization and given to the corrupt cop who must obtain the uniform himself and give it back to the criminal org. (This server IS about trading items after all) And would give access to whoever wears it a temporary disguise to do his dirty business in.

Does the car get removed from your spawner or would this just be abuseable? like if I steal a car sell it and see the same car again can i just take it again? maybe that part is a bit dumb but if there was a 12-24hr cooldown and it only gave around 15k and under itd be fair if not people will abuse it and see cars over and over to be rich

I like the idea somewhat. I thought something like this was coming when the illegal plates dropped but then that ended up just being for swapping YOUR OWN plates temporarily to go do hood rat shit with my friends so I’m not sure. It would require a serious balancing act and the idea of a player permanently losing their car over lock pick minges doesn’t sit right considering the amount of money that can go into buying and upgrading some of these cars but… some system like this just to increase RP maybe if it doesn’t have permanent consequences for the victim could be dope. I’m sure they’ve been workshopping it.
