Okay realistically why didn't you PK them back then when they got the money from Knowledge when you "found out" but you waited for them to go against you, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever, both you and your friends loaded in at the same time which is weird went on Supreme Chars and PKed both of them. I don't understand you saying "It's not about the money" when you clearly said the main reason of him dying is he failed to obey the orders which you asking politely doesn't look like an order honestly. And now the weird part kicks in when Tupac and the Don of the faction were talking alone nobody knew about anything it could be very possible that this was metagamed, and I am pretty sure that would not be his first time. Your friends from Bruno-Scarfo joined you to back you up in case something like this ever happens or to be "War Chars" which the first option sounds a bit more like it. And mentioning again like you said the reason is "Worked behind my back, wanted to kill me" 2Pac and Prodigy were on since 2Pac came from LOA which is exactly 3 days ago he was on at that time he got the things from Knowledge the same day he came back from LOA. Why didn't you set them PK Active that same day he got that but you decided that the time hit when they were minutes away from setting YOU PK Active. You were never mean to me in any way but honestly you kind of fucked up by doing this and you shut every door in front of you to more than 90% of the factions. This just shows that next time in any other faction you get set PK Active you will magically find out and kill the people that were sent to kill you.

I think that doesn't prove anything unless someone from staff spectated and told you that you are about to get PKed so you hopped on with your friends and striked them down.

What's up dude, Frank the Wop here. I'm not sure how that clip shows meta? Its simply us running across the street and seeing you and killing you.  When the orders were passed I asked Akira what you 2 looked like and he said that both of you guys looked the exact same and had the same playermodel. Arjun had met the first one that I had killed over at car dealer and gave me a positive ID on the dude before I went and killed him.  Also its the mob bro you never know who is going to be the one to pull the trigger, Could be an associate that you've never seen or could be the don.

Yeah Frank the Wop your friend here probably promised to give you Faction Funds to your Main Character if you help him out in a orchestrated coup you were in a faction 4 days you weren't even active you were just waiting for Andy's green light to strike so you can make a great deal. You simply have no IC Proof of your knowledge of Andy's PK. You guys switched to your Supreme chars the same second someone gave you metagaming information which I am pretty sure only Staff could if they spectated. And basically there is no valid argument from you Andy just sends the private medal clip where Tupac and Don are talking about PKing Andy. And while he wasn't on the server at that time before he was set PK Active they got killed. And I repeat again it doesn't make any sense "my character learned that he and the Don were working together to remove me. Because of that, I acted before he could act against me. " He was first saying it was about Tupac not giving him the money (not ordering him) and now its because he smelled betrayal. Decide was it money or was it that you smelled betrayal but you couldn't smell it days before and you decided to react 20 minutes after Tupac and Don had a conversation I don't know if this is too much for the admins to think about but this is clear metagaming.

Also the argument that Akira is going to give me faction funds because I pked a few people is blatant char abuse and Is so easily noticed by upper administration. Quando Mcgriff here, the guy that metagamed noirs pk orders to him in a discord vc.

Here is the truth to why this is happening.

I went dumb and skitzo'd out thinking it was Quandos Time to die, so i hopped in a discord VC with Noir and told him whats happening.

Alot of People know that by know that i metagamed all the information to noir, i can testify that noir had no IC Knowledge that he was gonna die, the screenshot above posted by jairzinho is my side and the truth to this, tupac and freeman both died due to metagamed information, along with yuri and nathan black, 4 individuals that got killed over metagamed information, none of this would be happening right now if i simply didnt metagame the information to Noir.

i hope this solves everything, and im in hopes of everyone involved in dying getting unpked due to my mistake. 

if anyone says that i am lying, believe what you want, this is my truth.

Ive had enough of this stupid drama at this point. im not going to waste my time dumping all of our Discord messages here just to expose you. I joined the city and behind Kingston you and santiago Lopez who is your real life friend and i discussed the situation. You both told me to hide my character and i told you to your face that i was going to hide, then lied to you, took everything into my own hands and did what i had to do for my own safety

During the Civil War you begged me not to give your name to anyone and to deny knowing anything about you whenever people asked. On top of that you also told me over Discord to leave you all of my money and valuable items, wait for around 2 to 3 weeks, possibly a month and that you would somehow transfer the items back to me during that time. You also told me that if you became Don during that period, you would bring me back into the family. If you are really going to tell the truth about everything i think you should mention this as well

You were playing both sides and now that you feel guilty and regretful, you are trying to take responsibility for everything and resolve the situation

And honestly i dont know how you guys expect the UA to approve something like this without reviewing everything and determining the necessary conditions first. You are trying to turn this into an OOC matter at every opportunity and find any possible way around the situation

Because it is an ooc matter regardless at the end of the day, all the information was metagamed to you VIA me, i gave them the truth instead of saying i told you in game which i didnt, saying im picking sides might mean something to you but it simply doesnt mean anything to me, im not worried about gmod, ill spew my truth and not sit like a child because of a game

ill gladly explain to Upper Administration about my part in this and how everything was leaked to you Via discord if they want, beats me
